I have used Direct Blinds before for buying longer than usual metal Venetian blinds 235 cms wide and the last one was up and running well for 8 years in a holiday home During those 8 years the swivelling mechanism did fail and Direct blinds sent out the part to us speedily to fix the problem The replacement Venetian blind I purchased recently arrived swiftly and it fitted easily into the same space using the old fittings Great service and good product Thank you for your great customer service

Custom sized 50mm blinds took just over a week to be delivered pretty good Took less than 30 minutes to fit each of the 3 Sizing was great and they feel robust The house looks great now and the rooms feel warmer as well

Needed some blinds on a budget as room needed a makeover before Christmas We already had the rails for blinds from previous ones Tried some local shops but none would even entertain the idea of just selling me 25 blinds without paying for new rails I didn t want or need and to pay for fitting This led me to blinds direct I gave them my measurements They gave me the price of each blind turned out about 1 40 per blind Ordered extra ones as replacement They arrived 4 days after ordering Really good quality and measurements where exact Will be purchasing from these again
