Placed an order May 27 When delivery the date passed with no communication I was told there was no material delivered but material would be there soon They charged my credit card over 1 000 00 Second delivery date came and passed Said they were sorry but now they discovered that the pattern will be indefinitely out of stock They asked me to choose another material that was not as appropriate as the color I had chosen I did but then I immediately placed a hold on the charge as they had purposely misinformed me about the material I then got a call today 7 19 to inform me that the day they told me I could rely on the new material for my 3rd delivery date that material became out of stock But they were sure that the material I selected originally would be available by August 2 They said they had to charge my credit card now because the blinds were custom made I told them that as they could not keep 3 previous delivery dates how could I trust a fourth I told them that I would trust them as far as them calling me when the material was there in hand for them to manufacture and then I would pay for the blinds before they manufactured They said they could not do that They could not be trusted 3 different times for their delivery I only wanted them to trust me once until they actually received the material for manufacture I cancelled the order Their actions in my opinion were unprofessional sloppy and bordered on dishonest

Total rip off
Total rip off Ordered 8 roller blinds thousands of dollars and they are useless They don t make their own blinds and blame the vendor for them being sized wrong and won t exchange them Save your time and money There are far better ways to blow a few grand

The Folly of Pettiness
I ordered their Cordless Blackout Top Down Bottom Up Single Cellular Shades and upon receipt I was shocked how cheap they looked To be honest they resembled the plastic used on the side of a window a c unit I called them to voice my displeasure and they assured me with their satisfaction guarantee we would come up with a solution They sent me out some samples of their premium materials and after receipt of the samples I decided to take a chance and place another order I was told by another representative named Jose that he would issue me a refund and we would start the order process all over again and he would do so affording me the same discounted price I originally paid Then he proceeds to tell me my refund would be less a five dollar handling fee Shocked by the pettiness I informed him that my intentions were to order blinds for my whole home and that if Blindster wanted my business they would need to waive that 5 Would you believe he refused and claimed his supervisor would not waive it either citing policy So off I went to their competition and dropped 1700 on custom blinds So they lost 1700 in business for an Abe Lincoln They asked me to donate the blinds they sent to a charity so off they went to my local Goodwill Don t waste your time with these jokers it s not worth clogging your arteries

lesson learned I had ordered blinds in May for an
I had ordered blinds in May for an apartment we were rehabbing We did not need the blinds until today The product is suppose to be 2 faux wood blinds The product we pulled out of the box is a thin piece of flexible see thru plastic for each slat The hardware is also extremely cheap plastic I paid 410 for 8 blinds I am way past the return window I just want folks to know the product from this company is unbelievably cheap Moral to the story always open your order to be sure it s what you ordered and not a pile of junk

We received plantation shutters that if installed would cut off access to opening our windows as designed Cost of this product was over 3 200 I was told by Madi at Blindster that they redesigned their order form that would have previously alerted me to this flaw and replaced it with fine print I was told they wanted to make it easier for people who are willing to sacrifice the function of their windows to order Our windows were standard builder grade double hung tilt-out windows nothing odd it s the same window used in most builder grade homes Madi offered 500 Max refund Despite knowing that customers could easily miss their fine print by altering their order form they failed again by not asking the question in their pre-production phone call They knew there was weak link in their system yet neglected to cover it with a simple question BUYER BEWARE

Roller Shades Don t Re-coil
They were VERY responsive all 3 TIMES they had to replace our roller shades that wouldn t re-coil and finally sent me a refund This started Thanksgiving week and here I am into February with a set of blinds I cannot roll up Going to try a different company This is sooo frustrating

1 Ordered 11 7 2023 received 12 13 OR 12 14 2023 2 As husband had surgery we could not install blinds immediately Installation began 2 11 2024 3 After install I cannot check them without installing because they are 80 inches in height I noticed the tilt wand did not open or close the blinds You had to individually move each blind manually I contacted the company 2 12 2024 They told me they needed a VIDEO of how it wasn t working 4 When I set the blind up to do the video I turned the wand to show it wasn t working and the cords that move the blinds broke INSIDE THE MECHANISM 5 Custom blinds no quality control No-one checked my blinds before shipping no quality control labels 6 Order on website says the product hasn t been delivered 7 The refund policy says that products must be returned to Malaysia where the products ARE MADE To return your product you should mail your product to No 23 Ground Floor Jalan 51 225A Zon Perindustrian PJCT 51A 46100 Petaling Jaya Selangor 8 I chose this company because it says it is a USA manufacturer Lie Don t believe everything you read on the company s website Their customer service sucks They use a CHAT system that repeats whatever is on your order page It takes about three or four times communicating with them before they even respond correctly Customer support is just show They don t check orders without you pestering them to do so Since I am was within in the 60 day return window I have asked for a complete refund They quit responding to me at 8 05 am this morning the 13th the second day of contact I will be seeking legal recourse I am sick of alleged USA companies peddling products they claim they make when they OUTSOURCE OUTSIDE THE US This is called LYING And their domain name is handled by Domains by Proxy a company known to represent fraudsters You CAN T EVEN SEE THE COMPANY S OWNER S NAME I DON T CARE WHO THE CEO IS

Ordered 5 solar shades Website says One 30 operating pole is sent with every cordless shades order to help reach shades in taller windows Expected 5 operating poles since windows are tall located in different rooms and my wife is petite I received one pole for all 5 shades They want to charge me 25 to send me rods the website says come with the shades They say the website says they will send only one pole per order I disagree And no where does it give you the option to order more for each window So instead of taking care of a customer who just spent 2200 and then correcting their website they told me they wouldn t send them unless I paid extra I told them I won t be a returning customer and I would let everyone know why On their website you ll find the following statement from Kyle Cox the Founder and CEO Time and time again companies start out with an emphasis on customer service only to lose sight down the road forgetting that happy customers are the reason for their success At Blindster we will always strive to exceed the expectations of our customers We truly mean it when we say We don t just want customers today we want customers for life Hey Kyle I was a returning customer You didn t meet my expectations I m not Happy And you just lost me for Life
