Horrible service Clunk app and overcharge with crazy fees Was in a pay-parking lot and my Blink receipt show a 5 parking fee on top of the pay-lot fee WTF No signage nothing It s a scam

Awful app to start with
Awful app to start with Machine wouldnt take card payment They had already taken 51 pounds pre payment Managed to get a charge after 10 minutes of annoyance A 7kw charger but the most it got to was 3 8kw All this for 59p a kwh on a 7kw charger Total rubbish Avoid

STAY AWAY This is the worst charging network in existence They have a huge presence in western PA and most all of the stations I saw were Blink and were at car dealers I went to 3 different locations and all 6 chargers did not work The chargers look like a dated design The touch screens were unresponsive and unreadable They would not link to the phone app I talked to people at the dealer and they all said Yeah they never work I had to use On-Star to get roadside assistance to take me to an Electrify America station which was 350kW and worked flawlessly Blink forces you to download their app and pre-fund it Now I have to try and get my 20 back

Overcharged - avoid
Charged me for over 70kWh when I plugged in with 80 charge level and my car only has a 58kWh battery Customer service team are offshore and not interested in the possibility that they might have a software problem just told me maybe I had plugged more than one car in Fraudulent scammers

How Are These People in Business
So bad I d give zero stars if I could Their chargers are often down when you report them the support people lie and say they are fine if they bother to respond And now their UK app network has been down for several days and you can t login to start a charge Such a bunch of cowboys I can t comprehend how Blink are in business

I ve never had a good experience with Blink They re overpriced you pay super charging rates for just 7kwh speeds This review is primarily about their chargersin Q Park Deansgate Firstly they ve installed metal bollards in front of the chargers presumably for protection but now you literally cannot fit your cable into the slot We managed to find an off centre one and squeezed the cable in Secondly the app says they re 22kWh but they re not they max out at 7kWh but will still charge your card for 22kWh We set our car charging for a set time only to realise we were getting a third of the speed and there s no way to increase the time beyond 15mins so there wasn t enough charge for our return journey They take a week to refund you for any money not used Their customer service is overseas Their app is clunky and slow Absolute trash

a week on and still waiting for my fee to return Took a reserve of over 40 from my bank then took a further amount for the charge Still waiting for the pending reserve fee to go in my bank Never using again just give me back my money

the app is useless customer service is dire and the charging stations work less than half the time i spend so much time next to mr car at a blink charging point fighting with the machine app and customer service genuinely awful in so many ways
