Blink Sync Module 2 stops working after 11 months The device cannot connect to home wifi anymore Customer Support Val continues asking me to reset the device hoping it can fix the hardware defect Poor quality product Poor customer support

Don t bother Get more sophisticated camera system It stops working and Blink customer service just gets you to purchase new sync module saying its out of date No help when your system goes down By the time you have done this repeatedly you are better spending the money on a more sophisticated system Eg Ajax

The products are horrible Batteries don t last in doorbell whether they are rechargeable lithium batteries or not I m replacing the batteries at least once every 5-6 weeks Outdoor camera always says not synced or move closer to module How when it s an outdoor system Most annoying system

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever I purchased product in July With in less then 4 weeks all three lithium batteries were dead Expense I was not expecting within a month All three batteries were outdated by 4 months before purchase date Nice sending outdated old batteries Asked for replacement batteries but got no where Based on service I would not recommend not buy blink again

Worst cameras on the market

My home was attacked twice Both times Blink cameras went offline for no reason whatsoever Customer service fix at the time but cameras still knock off in the middle of the night day for no reason Shocking and worst waste of money I ve spent this year Not to mention my time Hours on the phone with customer services Batteries wont last you 5 days even if you have very little movement at your home Use your money and buy proper cameras after new batteries and monthly plans ur better off with real cameras that wont let you down 100 per cent these cameras will never work wireless 2 days at most if your lucky

If I would have a chance to put zero stars I would These blink cameras are absolutely wasted money Bought 5 outdoor and one indoor camera and I am so disappointed Poor quality recording capture is awful Tried various settings Triggered maybe 50 and of course it stops working at the moment when you need it the most And of course the cloud business ripping off money

The battery life as quoted by blink to be 2 years is outrageous and untrue and they should be made to stop advertising this by the advertising authority Using the lithium batteries as stated lasts on average 2 weeks and not 2 years which is the reason I purchased this product If I had been correctly informed I would never had purchased this and I certainly wouldn t recommend it to anyone else I feel cheated and let down by Blink and Amazon who own them I am now returning to a conventional doorbell once again
