HAS GONE SO DOWNHILL
I ve been going to Blok for around 6 years now and used to love the trainers and the workouts and the ethos of the company Fast forward to 2026 - the receptionists are so rude and lazy paid for a smoothie to be ready post workout and they just forgot the classes have gone up by 5 per class the trainers have bad attitudes - oh and the customer service is dreadful and possibly run by AI A friend of mine recently received a promo pack offer that I d have loved to use also given the expensive prices per class and when I emailed to ask why I didn t receive the same offer they said I was ineligible and didn t qualify - what on earth does that mean I ve taken almost 120 classes with Blok and they don t deem me worth sending a promo code after all these years Won t be going back and suggest you put your money elsewhere if considering joining as they seem to have lost everything that made them so unique and brilliant

I heard that they pay their instructors
I heard that they pay their instructors terribly hence the drop in teaching quality really not ok to be charging extortionate prices for mediocre classes and it doesn t even go to their frontline

I love going to Blok so this is utterly
I love going to Blok so this is utterly disappointed me My card was charged for 1 month of membership at 125 pounds and you are supposed to have 10 credits given to you I had missed a previous payment due to a card change and when Blok took this money they didn t give me any credits Therefore they just took 125 from my account with nothing for the customer Surely that is daylight robbery Have contacted them about this but there customer service system is a 48 hour wait and last time I emailed number to call never answers they took over 1 5 weeks to respond
