Blooming good customer serviceI recently placed an order for a friend from Bloom and Wild I spent lots of time searching the website to find the perfect Letterbox flowers from several companies and decided on Bloom and Wild Website was easy to navigate Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt Upon opening some of the flowers looked a little worse for wear very tired looking towards the dead side My friend seemed a little disappointed but didn t want to upset me so arranged them as per instructions and hoped they would spruce up after a few days 3 days later she reluctantly phoned me to say they were still looking tired I contacted customer services Bloom and Wild and was immediately offered a replacement bunch to be forwarded to my friend These were delivered super prompt and after a couple of days turned out a lovely bouquet at which both my friend and I are very satisfied Excellent service from Bloom and Wild Thank you so much

Letterbox flowers

We ordered a letterbox delivery for a special 80th birthday They arrived on the exact day and were in perfect condition This is the first time we ve used Bloom and Wild but it certainly won t be the last

This was an excellent customer service experience A neighbour mistakenly informed the delivery service that a new tenant did not live at the address Delaram went the extra mile for me and was understanding about the flower delivery situation What I did not say was that these flowers were for a death in the family which makes them more special I give his service a 10 out of 10 and I do not give this number out lightly Thank you so much If this is the quality of service customers receive Bloom and Wild will do well Thank you

Great service had an issue which was quickly resolved and even went above and beyond what I expected by instead of returning gift card actually refunded the money to my account The service was amazing and I would fully recommend Bloom Wild UK not only for their flower deliveries but also for resolving issues should you have any

Very satisfied with Bloom Wild having sent as well as received several bouquets over the last couple of years I like the big variety of styles they offer Recently I contacted their customer service in relation to an apparent mismatch between order and goods delivered I received an immediate and polite reply and after some discrete enquiries at the other end I can say that I am in fact a delighted customer
