Terrible service use Kaplan
Terrible service use Kaplan Their AI tech is ineffective The software experiences lots of glitches and outages They have some technology timeouts that reduces study times reported so they can make claims on how effective it is You screen time browser for example will say you spent 2 hours there and they claim 45-75 minutes They basically just take the content and add a couple questions to it grammar issues and more

This program CFA Level III was a
This program CFA Level III was a total waste of time It focuses on material that is far away from the CFA LOS It appears to be based on the curriculum from 5 years ago based on the CFA guideline answers that are posted online The software is very sloppy When trying to the take mock exams online it constantly pauses and deletes your responses so you have to re-write answers 3x over It marked me wrong for questions I got right There are writer comments like software developer comments in the vignettes Overall it s no help at all for passing the exam It may actually do more harm than good Update Chad in response to your comment- I did contact you at one point and received no response

What a waste of a trustworthy brandname
I used to trust the brandname of Bloomberg as a source of reliable material What a disappointment when I tried the free trial for the exam prep CFA II The platform has a very appealing design and is very user-friendly And that s about the only non essentiel quality of the website The content is not in line with the official CFA program the questions are definitely not in the adequate format no vignette You have to complete several modules to unlock other ones so there s no use if you just want to review a particular chapter section There s no QBank that let you design your desired set of questions The mock exams is not available during the free trial very misleading There s no ask-a-tutor question misleading again No live sessions No download When I realized the platform was a complete waste I decided to cancel the subscription Yet I didn t receive a confirmation for the cancellation nor any reply from the support Scared my account would be withdrawn from the amount I had to close my bank account No wonder they try to trick people with the scholarship

I don t see this resource used much
I don t see this resource used much among students preparing for the GMAT I ve been using it for a while now and IMO it s really good especially if you re starting from 0 like I was They go through each topic with a lot of depth starting from the very base basis of algebra even and odd numbers rules grammar rules they guide you through topics to make sure you have a good understanding of it and you can use the knowledge in different types of problems The course works in a very interactive way as if you had a tutor explaining the arguments on it you can also find practice exams and ask questions to actual tutor who will clear your doubts The only thing about it is I wish there was a section to review the specific problems I ve gotten errors on but other than that I really recommend the Bloomberg prep for the GMAT

Bloomberg Exam Prep GMAT
Wanted to provide an opinion on the Bloomberg prep which I have found to be a great resource especially for beginners It was something I had not heard of when I was beginning my GMAT prep but discovered it by happenstance and absolutely loved it There were a lot of concepts that I needed to revise or had completely forgotten but this course was an excellent help because it introduces each topic from a basic level and progresses at a customized rate The personal tutor feature is very interactive and presents excellent prompts that make you forget you are talking to a software What I really liked was that they not only explained the correct answers but also provided detailed explanations on how people could arrive at a wrong answer It s not just a tool to master GMAT concepts but also to practice a range of strategies and problem-solving methods that will help improve your score as well as time on the actual exam That is perhaps its best feature to me its emphasis on a holistic preparation for the GMAT exam rather than being limited to concepts and practice questions It provided a range of statistics on my success rate as well as which chapters were my weakest and strongest It also has great flexibility in terms of choosing what topics to practice and in switching between them One thing they could improve on is providing more practice questions or mini exams because there is not a dedicated practice section rather they have study sections for each topic where you have to navigate through concepts and practice questions together Would love to hear more from interested existing users

BloombergPrep GMAT Review
MSc student here prepping for GMAT to get into BS in London Been using the Bloomberg Exam Prep GMAT platform intensively for almost 3 weeks now up to 20-30 lessons per day I haven t used any other source to practice for the GMAT but also never felt the need to do so The platform guides you through Verbal and Quant with short lessons this can range from 1 to 10 minutes and helps you build a strong foundation in theory and strategies If you have no idea where or how to start I think this is a good place You will get familiar with the exam very quickly and get a strong foundation of theory and strategies that you need to succeed Some things may seem very easy in the beginning I almost didn t notice when it started to get difficult You really build your knowledge gradually and at a steady pace The AI-generated platform seamlessly transitions between both quant and verbal sections which provides a very well-rounded practice experience imo The most important pros of using Bloomberg for me personally are how you can really track your progress and how you switch topics quickly You don t need to make your own schedule Bloomberg does it for you It chooses based on what you ve done in the past which topics to cover each day and you get practice questions every day It s almost like a game and you get plenty of positive reinforcement which makes studying for the GMAT way more fun lol You can track your success rate and the average time you take to answer GMAT-level questions This is very important to me since it helps me to stay motivated and disciplined I m also a big organiser and the platform is already so organised that you don t need to waste time on this anymore view screenshots All you need to do is put in the hours The fact that the lessons are short and you change topics quickly are also really important benefits imo I personally get bored easily and I believe this helped me to stay focused There are some downsides Reviewing past mistakes separately is not possible and it is unclear if the platform automatically repeats specific practice questions that you struggle with in the past The difficulty of questions is also not explicitly stated and I think the platform could benefit more from challenging GMAT questions But maybe I ll need to get past 50 completion of the course I d love to post more about this once I m past 50 Overall I still think the platform is very effective having covered only 30 of the content I m really curious what the remaining 70 will be since I feel like I ve learned a lot already Full disclosure I was offered a free plan upgrade as an incentive for sharing my experience with no prior review or influence from Bloomberg except for the requirement of a genuine review including this disclosure You can always send me a msg for any related questions

Bloomberg GMAT Prep Course
I have purchased a prep course for my GMAT preparation from Bloomberg Exam Prep I have liked the prep course very much I have been using this GMAT prep course for long time I have found that this prep course offers training on every single concept both in Quant Verbal required for GMAT Concept wise the prep course offers lessons on every concept possible These lessons train users on foundation of the related topics skills required to perform well in that topics and strategies to follow while performing in those topics The lessons are adoptive to the users learning experience For example in each lesson it checks the user s understanding on the topic and adjusts the lesson design to train the user by considering the user s current level understanding After every step in the lesson it checks whether the user s understanding is improved by asking few questions on that related topic Even after proving sufficient training on a topic it tests the user s overall performance on the concept by asking real GMAT questions at the end The tests results are analyzed and discussed further to help improve and guide the user for further improvement That is how this prep course covers all concepts in Quant Verbal including analytical writing and integrated reasoning The style of training helped me the most in improving my Quant performance such as Combination Permutation concepts learning The overall course progress is shown in the dashboard which is very useful to guide the preparation further You can see the screen shot of the dashboard I have attached here to understand the experience Full disclosure I was offered a free plan extension as an incentive for publicly sharing my experience but they did not see my review in advance nor try to influence my review in any way except requiring that it be a genuine review that includes this disclosure Of course there are lacking too in this prep course I have found The prep course did not have sufficient training to help me in improve my time based performance I do not know but I felt my answer time for a question is more than the test requirement standard This time based answer is crucial for a good score In addition to that I did not find accumulated testing in this prep course An accumulated testing arrangement could keep me updated with all the lessons covered at every moment Other than this Bloomberg Exam Prep for GMAT is the best thing happened in my GMAT preparation journey

Bloomberg Exam Prep - Gmat - Honest Review
I ve been studying for the GMAT for quite a while but didn t really feel like I was improving I ve seen a lot of the different prep courses out there but wasn t sure what kind of value I would be getting and if I could not just reproduce the results by studying on my own Finally I decided to give Bloomberg Exam Prep a try For full disclosure I was offered to be upgraded to the free plan upgrade as an incentive for sharing my experience but this is my honest take They have not seen or influenced this review in any way except requiring it to be my genuine take and to disclose this to you After first accessing the website I was instantly surprised by the interactive format Every single step of the introduction was guided by multiple choice quizzes This sparked my interest and I started progressing with the lectures In the first few lectures I started getting a feeling that some of the content was a bit trivial different schemas for solving problems were introduced and I pondered whether it was really necessery Turns out it was When the more difficult questions started appearing my brute force ways were proven ineffecient and sometimes faulty One important indicator that helped me realise this was the timing test of the exam problems Throughout most lectures a few exam problems would be included and for each problem I was supposed to estimate the time it took me to solve it Not only did I take too long on a lot of problems I was also considerably underestimating the time I was taking That was a humbling experience Because of this realisation my confidence in the taught methods increased and I abandoned my other ways of studying for the GMAT Other features I really like include the progress bar the recommended lecture and the weakest chapter display The entire feedback system is greatly appreciated but it is also something that can be further approved I personally like to have full overview of my progress so a more detailed statistics report would be great I have seen very promising results so far and have gained a new confidence in my study plan I would certainly recommend you to try it out

Why you should use Bloomberg GMAT PREP
I have been using Bloomberg GMAT prep for the last 2 months and I m definitely satisfied with the services provided The adaptive learning technology analyzes your strengths and weaknesses helping you to focus on the most important points Even if you already know how to tackle a problem the detailed solutions provided will help you gain time by directly applying the correct method formula Time is an issue for almost everyone in the GMAT so such advice is precious Of course if you struggle with a specific part the online courses are really useful as well and you will start by learning the basics thanks to concrete examples The difficulty of questions gradually increases when the algorithm sees that you understand the concept The wide variety of questions offered provides good training and prepares you for all possible situations that you will face during the real GMAT Exam You will only achieve a good GMAT grade if you know how to tackle the often tricky formulations of questions Full disclosure I was offered a free plan upgrade as an incentive for publicly sharing my experience but they did not see my review in advance nor try to influence my review in any way except requiring that it be a genuine review that includes this disclosure The only aspect that could be improved would be to offer a specific training part where all types of questions are mixed for example ratio algebra speed combinatorics problems for the quantitative part As of now you can only work on specific subchapters or practice with a complete mock exam To sum up I would clearly encourage friends or other relatives aiming at preparing for the GMAT to use Bloomberg GMAT Prep

CFA Level 1
I have started using the Bloomberg Exam Prep in January 2024 The purpose was to prepare for my second attempt to CFA Level 1 I have failed my first attempt and was quite disheartened to continue studying It is very hard not to give up at this stage My friend has told me that he used the Bloomberg Exam Prep and that has helped him a lot during his study I decided to give it a go and applied for the 1 week free trial version The first thing that positively surprised me is the interactive nature of the studying process It helped to overcome the shock after the failure buckle up and get on with the studying The interactive nature of the application would be one of the main strengths of Bloomberg Exam Prep it allows you to prepare in the exam prep in different situations grabbing a morning coffee during lunch before going to sleep waking up brushing your teeth the system is built in a way that you can study in various circumstances Being a full time employee in Finance industry - this is extremely helpful because its hard to carve out free time during working day week Ask a tutor feature was quite helpful as well The answers they provide are usually accurate and help you tackle the topic However sometime it felt that answers were template like and it did not really answer the question you had in these cases though they were kind enough to give you back the question credit Currently I have just finished going over the material and have around 2 5-3 months before the actual exam There are many mock exams that allow me to prepare Its very useful because the gap between the exercises and the actual exam question is huge and it can be demotivating However having 9 mock exams to work with should put me in a good shape Intrigued to try a Live session with the tutor in the remaining Time Bloomberg Exam Prep has asked me to write the review offering the free upgrade of my current Bloomberg Exam Prep plan but this is no way influenced the content of my review Rafael Khachaturyants Rafael Khachaturyants LinkedIn
