Charged me for something I didn t order and still haven t refunded me

Purchased one Gluten Free Sourdough cookbook for 37USD They charged my card for it that day then the next day charged it again for 157 for something I absolutely did not order It has been 7 weeks and 6 emails to and from requesting a refund and being told it would happen and it still hasn t happened Also when the book finally arrived they even stuffed that up it was very disappointing for the money they are charging Only has about 15 pages in it Their Refund Policy espouses all sorts of good things but they don t honour them They are rip off merchants and they made several stuff ups in the whole process Very inefficient and extremely disappointing Don t buy anything from Bloom Healthy I ve just reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and will be posting as many bad reviews as I can everywhere

I ordered 2 books The second was by accident I clicked on NO Thanks but it ordered the book anyway The money is gone from my account but I haven t received any books

This is a scam

I have been charged 167 60 325 68 CAD to my credit card plus another 27 00 38 81 CAD The only thing I signed up for was the digital copy of the GF baking book It was about 27 00US Why was I chaged another 167 60 Anyone that sees this it is a scam as far as I can see NOw they want to be join and be charged another 17 00 each month
