The absolute worse customer service
The absolute worse customer service there is I had a small issue so I sent them email no reply then finally after they ship my order with the wrong stuff they reply about something i wasnt having a issue with now they simply won t reply at all no way to run a buisiness bloomz should get in a different buisiness or up your customer service game up 1000 because I should at least be able to talk to yall Not to mention the lack of coa s buyers bewareI ordered bout 700 dollars worth of stuff and 3 oz of froyo all same really really bad hay smelling stuff then 7g of alien og that was the exact same stuff in it and a 7 of super silver haze that was low and behold some more hay yay Not I hate this company soo much right now I was suspose to be getting quality that will alleviate my stress not create it smh and in one of the oz of froyo there was a couple nugs that were something else it was decent maybe that was the froyo who knows at this point I sure don t so they got me for bout 400 bucks n my time n stress so there s my honest review of bloomz hemp Honestly they don t deserve the one star at this point I left 37 emails got two incoherent replies that had no intention of resolving my problem in any way not to mention that the strains need to match coa when you ship to me I tell you what I know that is impossible because the same strain was in several different strains I ve never had so much issue hell they could had even just said sorry I wouldn t be so mad

Bloomz deserves a one-star review
Bloomz deserves a one-star review and frankly that s being generous after this nightmare of customer service I ve sent three or four emails about a simple issue wrong product sent and I sent them proof Yet here I am almost a week later with nothing but a single vague we re working on it response What exactly is there to work on I expected some kind of real solution or at the very least a clear update but all I get is radio silence This whole situation screams that Bloomz only cares about taking your money and not about making things right when they mess up They even threw out a 70 coupon that doesn t work just an empty gesture like everything else they ve done I get the feeling that when they saw my product was out of stock they just tossed in whatever they had lying around hoping I d accept it It s honestly insulting to be treated this way I ve tried to stay professional but their complete lack of accountability and decency makes that almost impossible I paid for the right product and prompt service and I shouldn t have to chase down the company for what s fair Bloomz you might make good flower but your customer service is the absolute worst impossible to stay loyal to a company that treats its customers like an afterthought All I wish is for them to go bankruptcy so other people don t have to go through this kind of service IF YOU STILL DECIDE TO BUY FROM THEM JUST BUY THE BUDGET STRAIN THEY DELIVER WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE NOT WHAT S IN STOCK

I just got Bloomz for the 1st time I m so excited I love this company There product is great
