We had a wonderful experience interacting with the team in all the meetings we had the Pamela Michela and Nicola regarding the purchase They were helpful in explaining the details regarding the purchase and showed us around the property and the show homes multiple times They were friendly and nice and answered all the questions to our satisfaction and made the process very smooth

Absolutely superb

The wonderful wonderful Nicola Michaela and Pam at On the 18th have been my absolute diamonds since the process began - forget Charlie s Angels these are Bloor s Angels This is the first time I ve bought a house and these ladies have been absolutely superb explaining the process to me patiently answering all of my questions and being a guiding hand along the way I couldn t recommend these ladies highly enough 11 out of 10 would recommend until the cows came home Truly incredible

Exceptional service and guided walk through of the property and site Michaela was so friendly and welcoming and showed a wealth of knowledge of the property Unfortunately the property was not for us but in the future we will definitely keep Michaela in mind when we look for our forever home

Shrivenham site

My partner and I popped into the site today to look at the area after visiting family in Shrivenham over the Christmas break A new build home hasn t always been our preference but we were pleasantly surprised by the information given to us by Carolyn She was so relatable listening to our past experiences of house buying and our current circumstances with a young family We came away feeling like we now know the next steps in our search and whilst we didn t leave our details when we return in the spring I m hoping Carolyn will remember us We really appreciated the non pushy sales tactic as we aren t in a position to commit to the process just yet owing to our family s needs in the short term However when we are ready I ll be sure to make contact The site looks perfect for what we need as a growing family
