They did not ship me half my order and did not send me any communication about it either When I emailed them 3 weeks later they are still saying they are late on production with no date on when they will even ship it or clear resolution for fulfilling my order So I asked for a refund for the part of the order that they have not sent me and they are refusing to refund it
