Rubbish refillsIf they were ever good then they are rubbish now My friends hubby is a fitness freak and he can t refill her vape the weird plastic is so hard Horrible stench when she s using it too She would be safer smoking any herb than this noxious liquid in my opinion

Bad customer service delivery
Ordered 4 blu pro clearomisers 3 days ago paid 21 coulda got cheaper from Argos but out of stock unfortunately Need them by weekend as going away but on their website says if ordered before 3pm items normally despatched same day delivered next day What a joke I contacted after 2 days as my order says complete but still being processed Their customer service is a joke told me packaged ready for royal mail to collect that yesterday today still no despatch again customer service oh same story all packaged i expect royal mail will pick it up today thats 2 days running They lie just fob you off with anything Will never buy direct off them again

Catastrophic pod failure rate
These pods on this new and improved blu 2 system suffer a failure rate of between 10 failure rate if you are lucky in my own experience you will throw roughly 15 out of 100 away The vast majority fail straight out of the sealed package A minority just taste acrid and fail at 80 full Either way you will be met by a flashing red light when drawing on the device Big big issues with this system-avoid

This company shouldn t exist I order at friday 11pm and they have punchy ad on website order before 3pm for same day delivery so it means monday i will get my delivery isnt it I learn over the phone at monday that weekends not included But their all customer service says no its not a same thing Time is Monday 15 00pm still my order not dispatched and they say after dispatched 3 working days you will get your item They dont know when it will dispatch and they refuse to cancel the order and refund me They want me to receive item and send back But my item is still with them and not dispatched at the same time If these happens as miskate or something all is fine no problem But their marketing and aftarsale care ethic is all scammer way And It s not sensible to breathing scammers product to your lungs

Brought the blu vape pen
Brought the blu vape pen it lasted 2 weeks then needed the top part changed at 5 95 a pop 18 down the drain next tried the blu small single use vape that lasted literally 2 days and I m an occasional user absolute rubbish from the tobacco companies and you get to throw it all in the bin talk about built in obsolescence all they care about is profit

DANGEROUS PRODUCT
I ve been using BLU products for about 18 months I am now convinced they re dangerous Apart from the same poor experiences re dud pods costing me well over 120 I ve also bought the Blu Pro Rechargeable devices Clearomisers which you fill up with their Blu e-liquids The Clearomisers leak out of the side acrid taste repeatedly tasting as if you re smoking metal from the heating elements Batteries just stop working or dud to begin with no details regarding the metals the heating element made from in the product information Now I ve got breathing problems a severe rash all over my face after using new Clearomisers in March another in May I have not had ANY type of respiratory virus in the last 4 years that would compromise my breathing

Device broke after one day - stopped charging Really annoyed that there seem to be no supermarket available reusable pod vapes Wanted to stop using disposables but every brand I ve tried that does reusables has broken within days or had a number of defective pods So disappointing

Steer clear from using Blu 2 vape pods I have lost about 35 on the last batch as half of them stopped working after just a few puffs I contacted customer support giving serial numbers and asking if there is a faulty batch They didn t admit to it but I see another recent reviewer is having the same problem

Poor Delivery Times Lack of communication
I have been using Blu for a little while now and delivery of the items has got progressively worse recently Ordered 28 December said complete on Blu System however on the tracking it is still processing very conflicting information I reached out on the online chat after a week to be told I will receive the order they just don t know when and to check Yodel Delivery portal as they do not have access to that oddly did what I was told for the Yodel Portal to say Tracking number does not exist We are now on Day 11 waiting for said order so tried the customer service number when you call they say average wait time is five minutes which I fact is not true as I was waiting 24 minutes and still didn t speak to anyone so gave up and went on the chat spoke to another agent who could not give any further information on likely delivery time Just asked me to be patient and the order would arrive I did say it was unacceptable but again told because of Christmas they have a lot of orders and delivery is slow I was offered a 20 discount on my next order but this cannot be used with any other offers I said I probably will not re order from them due to the unacceptable delivery times and lack of customer care and communication Overall I am left feeling that Blu do not care about customers and they have no control over the deliveries and have no visibility of where the orders are in the process The delivery times and Customer Helpline Times advertised are just misleading
