I called to speak to an advisor as it s been a difficult month and I needed to discuss my options With it being a sensitive subject I was extremely impressed with the handling of the call by Claire Ellis I work in recruitment and she is a total credit to your company If I was looking for someone who was empathetic kind caring with a lovely telephone manner she would be the one My query was handled with the upmost excellence and professionalism whilst ensuring I understood the process and had all the knowledge needed I feel extremely lucky to have finance from such a brilliant company that has staff working for them like Claire Thank you

I have had my finance with blue motor

I have had my finance with blue motor finance for a little over 2 yrs with approx 2 1 2 years left to run I wished to pay my loan off early which was not a problem Although my payment was due a couple of days later they said they would monitor my account to check if payment is received by them and cancel the direct debit their end if it showed before my payment was due True to their word they sent me an email confirming they had received the money and cancelled the payment their end I would definitely recommend them and if I ever need a car loan again they will be my first port of call If they read these reviews I would especially like to thank Lilly and everyone for dealing with my request so quickly

Ben dealt with my finance application and was very pleasant and helpful Within 2 hours of application Ben called me and explained the whole procedure and answered any questions I had By the next day my vehicle was purchased and the application completed and car paid for Cannot recommend enough Great service
