The worst company ever
The worst company ever they canceled my flight without any warning 2 hours before departure none of the company bothered to give an explanation or info to everyone in line at check in they didn t offer an alternative flight or a place to stay people camped inside the airport for hours waiting for information and the best thing is that once I requested a refund they also refused and without giving any reason they did not provide any refund there must be no such company

How does this company still exist They cancelled my flight without explanation and no alternative refund was issued Needless to say there is absolutely no way to get in touch with them

Flight cancelled without reason or offer of alternative
Booked a flight for my partner on 11th Jan 2024 Athens to Heraklion for 4th Feb 2024 Notified via WhatsApp on 16th Jan 2024 that flight was cancelled - no reason given - and unable to offer an alternative flight As I had a connecting flight from London Stanstead this meant trying to book another suitable flight and cost 3 x the price

Horror Frauder company Doesnt exist a customer service
Never saw anything like that in my life We booked one flight Athen tel aviv and few hours before they changed the time of departure 4 hours later Doesnt exist a number to contact them neither there is a way to refuse the change or ask a refundWe had to book another flight and guess what they did again this time even worse anticipating the flight of 4 hours again no way to contact them they dont reply the email there is no number and this time we cant be at the airport 4 hours before so we gonna miss it again What a shame of company

This company is the worse super old planes you are lucky if you arrive I can tell you that And noone to contact Cancelled the flight and offered no compensation according to EU law Havre to take them to court

Absolute Worst Airline
One of my worst travel experiences from booking to flying I needed to change my booking you can t do it online independently but have to complete a form email or phone I did all 3 methods multiple times They did not respond to any After cancelling my flight online I still received a change in flight times Realising my flight wasn t cancelled and I would lose all the money of an overly expensive ticket I decided to fly I m now sitting on the plane with my daughter after a further delays with no information or announcements The worst is the rudeness of the check in team especially the Supervisor I had never experienced this level of aggression and rudeness from an airline member I am always calm and level headed so did not entice her in any way My bag was a couple of kilos over and I agreed to take things out immediately but she was just angry and said terrible things I m finally sitting on the plane which is very tight with no leg room After my return trip I hope this will be the last contact with Blue Bird

Not possible to get in contact
Received an email that my flight was postponed for a couple of hours I had a connection flight with another airline and was going to miss this flight so I would be stranded with kids at airport in Greece Tried to get in contact with Bluebird but no response I ask twice to cancel my flight through contact form but no response At the airport no service at all they have to asked everything through their department in Greece via app and it takes hours before they have an answer Worst service and airline I have ever booked
