Rip off They owe me 45 refund for ink I never received have written many emails they promise action nothing 3 months later

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Website stated that all items I ordered were in stock and should be delivered in 1 day 2 days go by and I get nothing their website states the order is still pending I contact them via their online form No response The next day I call them 4 times they claim that all agents are busy leave a message and someone will call you back I leave a message stating my name order number and phone number to please call back They email me a few minutes later stating Thank you for your voicemail typically all order take 24 hours for warehouse processing and 2 to 5 business days for shipment No question was asked in my voicemail and they didn t want to even ask what the issue was I replied The order was placed 2 days ago The site advertises 1 day delivery Also I emailed yesterday with no response to which they responded everything was out of stock and the I was supposed to get an automated email which must have been a glitch It would be 2-3 weeks minimum for it to come back in stock Don t waste your time with them absolutely terrible business

Horrible Company

I ordered ink from Blue Dog over 10 days ago and still have not received it I called and left a message with no response back I only wish I had read the previous rotten reviews of this company Buyer Beware

False advertising

False advertising Bluedogink is listing products as in stock that they know to be out of stock and in short supply They take your money first do NOT notify you that your order is pending unless you log in and check and then tell you that they will ship in 2-3 weeks without any ability to tell you where your order is on the list to be filled They will then pretend that this is an IT Glitch Good luck calling them for help I had to call 8 times once every 5 minutes from an overseas location to get in touch with their 24-7 support line I would send them a copy of this if they gave a crap but they don t

SO DISAPPOINTED WITH BLUEDONINK

My experience has been like several other recent negative reviewers New out of box HP INKJET PRINTER received with printhead problem Reported it the same day to customer service to return item and request return label 10 days later despite daily calls emails to customer service no one answers their customer service line no return label I paid 65 out of pocket to ship return Prices are great UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND REQUIRE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Items that In Stock are rarely available

Items that are In Stock are rarely available If you can wait for backorders they are OK but you will be waiting a few weeks to ship Also the customer service number is just a message to email them I get the same response every time We apologize our warehouse ran out of stock before we were able to fill your order This item is on backorder with an ETA of 1-2 weeks BlueDogink is more of a middleman for real sellers and they don t what s in stock or the condition of the items Good Luck

Paper in stock but actually not

I ordered paper waited three days before emailing them asking When will this ship to which I was told it was out of stock even though the website said in stock I asked if they would substitute a different brand of the same style paper which they said they would not Talk about terrible service

If zero stars was an option

If zero stars was an option I would put that This company is horrible I ordered a product and only took it out of the box to notice immediately that it was incorrect I put it back in the box to return Just because the box was open this company would not exchange it They say that the return policy is posted however I searched all over for the return policy and I had to dig clicking several drop down areas to find it That is crooked I will never use this company again and I will be telling all of our partners to also never order from here I ended up finding the same item for half the price elsewhere who had amazing customer service who didn t laugh because I was unsure what exactly the make of the machine was Boo for this company You lost alot of customers in our area
