Your associate was pleasant and professional I like that you offer samples to try new products I was given samples of Dog anxiety drops and chews to see which would work best for my small dog The chews are amazing and 1 2 of a chew she is only 6 lbs calmed her right down at the start of all the noise Will definitely be back to buy a bag shortly

Outstanding customer service Unlike many other companies large and small BGH ANSWERS their phone They work hard to answer questions and resolve any ensuing issues immediately I recently had a subscription snafu that concerned a shipping address The problem was immediately corrected on their end and because my shipment went to the incorrect address they sent a replacement to the correct address at no extra charge I love their product and they back that up with excellent customer service
