Disappointing online shopping experience
It s my first time shopping at its website I wish I had read other online product reviews about this brand earlier The quality of product is poor and the customer service is unprofessional and disappointing It s completely the worst online shopping experience I have ever had I purchased over NZD150 for my items 6 days ago I even haven t fully received all my order and last night I saw the items I bought are 50 cheaper than what I bought I know they have the right to do any promotions but within such short period of time all the items become cheaper than I can expected I feel like myself have been cheated I didn t get the full knowledge about the plan this company were going to do as being a new customer to them Sadly they don t accept my complaint due to the items I bought are outlet or sales items which make me feel even worse is my NZD150 different from others I sincerely share my unhappy experience here with people who would like to shop the website please think about it carefully

They don t want you to come back
On my last shooing at Blue Ilusion l wanted to buy few items When I asked for discount they tried to hide it I said it is advertised on website even written on the board at the entry I will never go back l felt that I am not welcome

I am a long time customer of Blue Illusion I will never shop there again
I am a long time customer of Blue Illusion but will never shop there again Their on line service is appalling This is now my second attempt at rectifying muck ups with two orders The lady I spoke to today continually interrupted me - I was unable to finish a sentence for the whole conversation I attempted over and over to explain the situation She called me rude continually threatened to hang up on me She was absolutely unapologetic that an order I had already rung about and had to return they sent me someone else s order To this day I have not received my order Accused me if not providing any information when I couldn t remember the exact day and name of the person I last spoke to I will never ever shop with Blue Illusion again Tough times are coming in the retail space and this kind of abysmal unprofessional behaviour will not help the brand one bit Dreadful

I placed an order with Blue Illusion
I placed an order with Blue Illusion online over six weeks ago and am still waiting for it to arrive They claim to have made two failed deliveries They have nowhere on their order form where you can ask for a package to be left What kind of couriers do they use My house is hidden behind a huge hedge and has a waist high brick veranda Why could the package not be left Their customer service consists of Kurt emails There is no phone number given so you can actually speak with a person I will have to be very sorely tempted by something to ever consider ordering with them again I am taking my woes to the Department of Fair Trade

Avoid at all cost Terrible customer service Combative sales women in Westfield Doncaster and Eastland stores Still awaiting a refund from 2 months ago Lying about product availability Sending wrong sizes I left over 30 messages sent emails messaged on social media with no response received The CEO Donna Maree Gesundheit aka Donna Guest not sure why is she insecure about her real surname aka donnablueillusion has been included in messages emails but does not care enough about her customers to respond or at least get honest staff Also did you know that the company that owns Blue Illusion actually operates Catholic Church So all of us buying from Blue Illusion are actually funding Catholic Church

Charged 200 twice for gift card Getting nowhere with trying to get credit via manager so emailed twice - no response to either emails Rang both numbers on website which cut out after being instructed to send email for queries A business with no phone contact This needs to be looked at by someone Absolutely appalling customer service - will never shop with them again

Disillusion not Blue Illusion I used to buy a lot of clothes from
I used to buy so many clothes from Blue Illusion I used to love going to their airport store in Sydney but sadly over time the styling has become really old fashioned and very dowdy I still bought the basics especially the long sleeve tops but the quality has fallen dramatically the sleeves fray the necklines fray Standards have dropped so low prices haven t though so it s not worth shopping there anymore Such a shame

Blue illusion what has happened to you I tried to change an online order as the web site was playing up and accidentally ordered the wrong size I sent an email explaining that I live overseas and the parcel was being delivered to my elderly mother who could not return it 48 hrs post email still no response and no one answered the phone when I rang and now just received an email saying co granulation s your parcel is being deliveredWhat has happened to you Blue Illusion you use to be so customer friendly and I have been a long standing customer I won t buy from you again after this experience
