I order 3 items from this company in September They have taken payment and I have received no items I have emailed them numerous times and nothing These items were meant for gifts If you are not going to send the items at least have the decency to inform your customers and arrange a refund

Just like lots of people here I bought the gnome advent It s arrived and nothing like the advert It s 7 inches When talking to this so called company on messenger they had the audacity to call me a scammer lol Please tell me how I ve scammed you when I m over 30 quid down for one of your so called products that s nothing like the one you ve advertised
