Our hot tub wouldn t switch on without tripping the electric We were so impressed when 2 engineers came to solve our fault Gareth and Denny were so professional in their work and were kind and respectful too They fixed the problem in no time at all and were extremely helpful What an asset to the Blue Whale team they were and I was most impressed by them - hence my review Avril White- South Wales

I recently had my hot tub services by a lovely lad called Patrick it was the second service the tub had had not impressed with the first one but after Patrick cleaned it replaced a filter and repaired the filter basket it was like a new tub all the jets worked perfectly I hope next year Patrick will still be with the company as I will want him to come back he did an amazing job thank you He is an asset to this industry polite helpful and cleaned up after himself

We have had a fantastic experience buying from Blue Whale Spa has been - both product and serviceWhen I ordered the tub they were happy to wait for me to sort a concrete slab and electrics Installation day went perfectly and on time 9am in Cardiff leaving Nottingham that morning prompt and excellent support from the installers to get me up and running Any information or advice needed a quick call to Zoe and all is sorted We have really enjoyed using the tub for the past 2 months in the blazing sun cloudy days and rain too It s a great tub with fountains lights and built in speakers at a great price and a definite step up from our old inflatable tub
