I wish I could give negative stars This company is a scam I ordered the device and the 1st one I received only the lights turned on The machine did not work properly Customer service said I had to send in a video I immediately made a video Customer service at this time was nice and said that a new device would be sent It TAKES a very long long shipping time since company is overseas A new deviced finally arrived and I charged it But when I went yo use it it wont even turn on I immediately made a 2nd video showing that the replacement was also sent out broken and defective Customer service responded that a new device would be sent a final time Excuse me your company is sending out broken crap and you will send me a replacement ONE FINAL TIME I said no thank you and asked for a full refund One final time means even if the company sends a 3rd broken machine no warranty Blunttique didnt even apologize just stated a new machine will be sent a FINAL time Save your money and dont waste your time

Not seeing any results Would give 0 stars if I could Asked to return it They told me it s very expensive to return to Switzerland they would just give me a 20 refund I could keep it 20 are they kidding me Ugh Do not buy Scam I ll be going to post office to find out the postage Will give update

My unit will not charge used it twice have emailed the company asking for a full refund it will only charge to 3 lights so won t turn on with that amount I have tried a couple of ports but no difference so it s the unit itself a cheap device a waste if my 100

I would give it 0 stars if it was possible Horrible company to order from Awful customer service Waited around 4-6 weeks for my order Told them to cancel it Said they couldn t but to refuse the order when I received it so they could process the refund I did that almost a month ago Still no refund and no response from my inquiries

Beware of Money Back Guarantee
Used the setting that gives you little shocks and a few hours later started seeing bumps They continually worsened and became itchy and burning It is day three and they are still burning and itchy I messaged the company for a refund and they said that since it will cost me so much to return it to SWITZERLAND they could offer me a 15 refund instead I m Do not buy if you don t live in Switzerland I would give a zero rating if it could

Read before you buy
After making my order I saw negative reviews about the website and also saw that the company is located in Switzerland so of course if you live in the US it would be too expensive to make a return if there s an issue with your order I then looked at the website s return policy and saw that you can request a cancellation if your order hasn t been shipped yet Given that this was just a few houes after I placed an order I emailed them to request a cancellation Just ten minutes after sending the email the company emails me a shipping notification with another email from customer service saying it was too late to cancel I received it and the charger included doesn t even fit in the device All the positice reviews are most likely fake

My device is defective
My device is defective I asked for return label and customer support told me to mail it at my cost to Switzerland The oils are nonrefundable at 33 I was really looking forward to trying Glowi This device is not even a month old no response from the support team So disappointed One more thing the support told me to keep the defective device and they ll refund 20 I m 65 on a fixed income totally not happy with the customer service

BUYER BEWARE
I received a Glowi by Blunttique that shocked my hand when I used it on EMS tightening I emailed customer support who responded by wanting me to take a video That is impossible So I called their support number and had to leave a message I asked for instructions on how to return Glowi under the 90 day money back guarantee and easy return policies After a week of no response I emailed them with the same request I received a response that returns were not accepted after 30 days This company has false advertising and poor customer service Unfortunately I could not find a place to file a complaint against the company I guess Switzerland does not have the equivalent of our Better Business Bureau

Really happy with the results so far
Really happy with the results so far glad i got it Been using it for about 2 months now and defo see improvement in my skin It feels much tighter Customer service is great too and super friendly answered all my questions and any concerns i had 100 recommend it

Love it
Got the Glowi device from Blunttique and honestly it s pretty neat Wasn t sure at first but after a few weeks my skin s looking brighter and those annoying fine lines seem less noticeable It s easy to use though remembering to charge it can be a hassle Love the different modes they say each one s for different skin things like wrinkles or whatever Overall good buy for the price especially if you re into keeping your skin looking good without a ton of effort
