Bad customer service

They look like a high-end top company but in reality they are not The clothes look and seem to be nice but the overall experience is poor They try to get as much money as possible from you and have bad customer service Wanted to return something still with tag as to big but they give slow replies and not able to now fulfil my request It is a shame as I would of been a good customer of there s but if they are not able to fix this then guess not

Very poor quality for the price

Very poor quality for the price Seems like good quality on the website but it isn t I had a thread sticking out of a brand new shirt and was told that it was normal and to trim it on a 115 shirt On top of that customer service is terrible and won t offer a prepaid return label

Absolute Trash Sizing and customer

Absolute Trash Sizing and customer service Quality is that similar to H M or Uniqlo which don t get me is isn t bad at all but when you are talking 10-20 vs 70-100 that is not good

I made an order and everything went well until I got this shirt I bought from them It has multiple strings loose on many spots and seems it could come apart anytime also their size info on their site doesn t match as I have ordered XL but it s more like M neckhole is way too tiny for this size seems they use Chinese sizes I tried to contact Blvck support for many days and they didn t even respond on any channel I sent multiple pictures about these issues but no reply I paid by PayPal thank god and I made a claim now they are trying to avoid their responsibility I will contact EU authorities and escalate this to the PayPal team for a resolution if needed I ll update this review once I have reached a final decision Edit 3 11 2023They handled this situation professionally today and said they will send me a new shirt and a suede hat for compensation I ll update this review once again after promised items have arrived to me or if they dont I hope everything goes smoothly and as promised Edit 13 11 2023Today I received their package they sent but there were no new sweater only a hat which they promised to give me free for compensation because of all hassle They also promised earlier as I said on my previous edit that they will send me new mohair sweater which was my original purchase They doesnt answer emails its just impossible to get reply from them They have made only false promises and now i had to escalate this case to paypal Will never order again Edit 208 2024This is the anwer after your reply here in trustpilot Yes you refunded me sent a hat and i kept the sweater This negative review was not up to date but now it is Im sorry I forgot to update it You promised me a sweater and a hat but only a hat came but after that you just refunded my order It was a bit difficult to reach you at first but all in all im satisfied 5 5

Mary has been absolutely fantastic in sorting out my problem with my latest purchase I really feel she has gone above and beyond to make things right even when we thought the problem was sorted I had further trouble which Mary sorted out straight away I can t thank her enough she s been brilliant
