As a company director at the time I helped to change from the management company that we had been forced to stay with for 10 years countrywide and Block are so much better helping to manage a complex 3 block development Where they have particularly excelled is with managing the extremely complex issue of dealing with unsafe cladding on all 3 of our buildings They quickly arranged for the best companies in the U K to quickly work through the process and now the development has been approved BSF funding I would highly recommend Block Management
