BMW Sycamore Peterborough have been immense from the first point I walked into their forecourt I have been blown away by the service from everyone I have met from Sara in reception to Edmond with the sale Neil with the Finance Rose with extra options I needed and Zack who looked after me and spent so much time explaining all the mod cons of my new car Truly love the service from Sycamore BMW this is the opposite of what I got from another premium vehicle vendor in Peterborough Edmond has been amazing all the way through from the point I came in a few years before and didn t even buy a car The care and attention he has for customers is an asset to Sycamore Another shout out needs to go to Neil who did so much to be able to get me the best deal for me Zack thank you so much for spending hours with me going through everything so I didn t crash the car on my first drive Thank you also to the team that built the actual car too as the quality in the car is out of this world Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had with any car dealership of which I have had a few I will be 100 coming back to Edmond Neil when the time comes to replace this car but that may be some time away now I have my dream car Thank you all at Sycamore for looking after me before throughout and even post sales with all my questions and help

Marshalls BMW Hook
After the excitement of purchasing my New BMW 1 Series M Sport 3 years ago now my local dealership failed time and time again clearly not the slightest interest in customer service it was pathetic to say the least In steps Marshalls BMW Hook A company dedicated to its customers professional and keen to develop and maintain its relationship with its customers I transferred my car during warranty and continue to do so today a special mention to Lucy and Rachael who have looked after me knowing that ill health is an issue ensuring any visit is comfortable without to much of a delay Brandon on the service desk a guy under pressure but very much focused on service to the customer So a very special thanks to those mentioned doing an exceptional job my local dealership could well learn from I see that BMW themselves will be sent a copy of this review well they equally failed having never returned calls or replied to emails when my brand new purchase failed Marshalls BMW Hook Exceptional and thanks from an extremely satisfied customer Chris F BOB

Sytner Chigwell BMW Carried out a service and M O T on my vehicle last week I was greeted at reception by a very polite and courteous young lady with a welcoming smile Within just a few minutes I had a call from Macey Service Advisor to confirm the work to be carried out Just over an hour later Macey found me in the waiting area with news that my service had been done and that the vehicle is undergoing the M O T Just like the young lady at reception Macey was very professional and courteous with a warm smile It was a pleasure to deal with both of them and I look forward to my next visit when hopefully I will not be in such a rush

Fantastic Honest Customer Experience
Greeted with curtsey and a test drive arranged with a technician for me to point out the issue with my vehicle within 5 minutes of my arrival at the dealership I was kept well informed and provided with a solution to the issue which clearly was the result of previous inferior maintenance I have been armed with the information to go back to the previous provider to rectify there inferior repair All in all a fantastic old fashioned honest customer experience provided by Macey Fullerton a credit to herself and Sytner
