Do not go near this company I ordered some expensive parts from them They were very prompt in sourcing what I needed and offered a very competitive quote I ordered and paid for the parts and was told they would deliver in 5 days 1 month later I still have no parts They don t answer emails and they don t answer the phone They will however answer me using a different email address if I send an enquiry BE WARNED this company are scammers avoid them or lose your money

Ordered a new fuel cap over 2 weeks ago now Charged over 9 in postage Emailed for updates Had an apology saying they would chase and then refund Now no responses whatsoever despite numerous emails requesting a refund

Ordered parts from this company as they were needed for a major upcoming 1000k mile service on my car and on their website showed as dispatched I thought to myself Excellent should be here in a few days Yet 10 days later they hadnt arrived after enquiring on an ETA he eventually replied several days later stating that they hadn t been dispatched yet Unfortunately the parts arrived 3 days after my cars 100k mile service and I had to rebook my car in again next week to have them fitted I only saved around 35 buying from him instead of directly from Sytner Cardiff But it ll cost me a lot more than I ve saved rebooking my car in to have them fitted Avoid this outfit like the plague 0 5
