What a wonderful experience

What a wonderful experience We stayed the night we arrived in Costa Rica and the night we were leaving Costa Rica as we travelled to see our family The hosts are pleasant helpful and always available The rooms are quiet comfortable and very clean Love seeing the sloths

Quick kayak trip

We spent two nights at this wonderful little B B The room and bathroom both very spacious and clean The owners Lettika and Gijs were also very accommodating to let us put our two kayaks within the property gate at night nothing was too much trouble Tea and coffee is available for guests free of charge and we enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast each morning Definitely hope to be back in the future

Amazing

Amazing My wife and I stayed here over New Year s and had a wonderful time The B B was so nice and cute the bed and room were super comfy and the people were amazing Lettika and her husband that run the B B were the nicest people and really made our stay there incredible My wife and I were on our honeymoon so they put flower petals and cute folded towels on the bed for our arrival which was so sweet The area is super cool too just 100 yards from wild beaches and the Pacific ocean monkeys swinging around everywhere sloths etc all just right there Getting there on the gravel roads was unexpected but was no problem Our little 2 wheel drive car did just fine All in all I would recommend this place to anyone and can t wait to go back Thank you for a wonderful stay

Relaxing weekend

In my case this trip was all about giving my best friend a relaxing experience before her 2nd baby comes We were looking for a quiet place away from the crowds due to the current pandemic situation but we ended up finding so much more This beautiful B B offered everything we were looking for The bedrooms were spacious clean and very comfortable The amount of little details left in the room demonstrate how much the owners value their guests From little flowers strategically left around the room to the way they fold the toilette paper end are proof of their passion to guarantee customer satisfaction The property itself is well taken care of and in my personal opinion it has the perfect balance between nature and comfort Their breakfasts were amazing If you are a bread lover you are in for a nice surprise with the owner s own recipe Finally they met every request we had with kindness and good disposition from help to get my phone charged to finding A way to feed ourselves without leaving the place they were able to solve everything needed Thank you for a wonderful experience

Waking up to the sound and sight of wildlife in a beautiful and peaceful place

We stayed 5 nights at Jardin de los Monos at the beginning of our trip in Costa Rica and our stay there remains in our memories as the best part of our trip We loved to wake up to the sound and sight of exotic birds and especially monkeys The monkeys were particularly active in the morning but we would see them and all kinds of wildlife all throughout the day The house animals cats and dog were very friendly too Letika our host was always ready to chat and share tips with us Her breakfasts were plentiful and delicious The property is beautiful very well-kept and very peaceful We went to Quepos once and it made us appreciate the quietness of Matapalo even more The location is great a 2-min walk to a gorgeous beach that is so long that you can often have it all to yourself What a treat We loved staying on the beach at night to watch the beautiful sunset especially at low tide Once we even saw whales in the distance For dinner there are plenty of choices in a very short driving distance Express del Pacifico was our favorite We loved our stay at Jardin de los Monos and if we go back to Costa Rica we will stay there again for sure

Wonderful and relaxing stay at beautiful Jardin de los Monos

We had a wonderful two weeks stay at B B Jardin de los Monos The B B is beautiful and Letika and Gijs made you feel at home from the moment we got there Letika is always ready to show you where the Mama and Baby Sloth were each day and we got great pictures The breakfast was delicious every day They were a wealth of information for us and were always ready to help us in any way Our room was beautiful comfy and always sparkling clean Dama the housekeeper left us special surprises through out the week making our towels into hearts and swans with beautiful fresh flowers We would open the door and you could smell the fragrance from the flowers flow out of the room We felt so pampered by Letika Gijs and Dama our whole stay The B B is just a short walk or drive right down to a beautiful uncrowded beach with beautiful sunsets We could hear the waves from the beach in our room We can not say enough about the tropical paradise you entered from the front gate The pool was also spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the morning and the evening Be prepared for a wakeup call some mornings when the monkeys come and make sure you know they are there on your roof above You could never regret staying here It is a very special place and we can t wait to return Thank you Letika Gijs and Dama for sharing your tropical paradise and making our stay so special
