I joined the academy after following Michael on instagram for several months Overall it was a solid experience The biggest takeaways were running analysis on properites to determine good bad deals how to properly design for best ROI equipping property with amazing amenities and gram able decor and how to manage the properties remotely The coursework was self paced offered 1 1 coaching sessions and open office hours It also granted access to a community of likeminded investors with a range of experience each student could gain something from I would recommend this course for those looking to get started or enhance their STR investment skills
