Horrible bank with horrible service

I have delt with BNP Paribas in 2

I have delt with BNP Paribas in 2 separate ocation on profit sharing from my company in both situations this bank has been a complete failure of a bank First time they created two accounts for me gave me the password and username of the empty one and put the money on the other one it took more than a month to get it solved having BNP refused to assist me several time saying it was not their problem The second time i did the withdrawal of my capital and it has taken more than a month to process

CLOSE YOUR BNP ACCT NOW BEFORE REGRET IT

IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH BNP - GET YOURSELF ANOTHER ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and CLOSE YOUR BNP ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY I had an account with the Banque de la Poste and recently BNP took over the Banque de la Poste and I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS BNP was clearly NOT ready for the take over -they have caused nothing but frustration for Poste account holders As of today I can NOT EVEN take money out of my account what is the point of an ACCT THAT CAN NOT BE USED BNP continues to tell me to go to the POSTE to fix my problems which I have DONE 5 TIMES- but the account is even BLOCKED to the Poste counter AND because I have the least inexpensive type of account BNP will NOT ALLOW BE TO VISIT THEIR BANK TO GET THIS RESOLVED I can only call them TODAY WHEN I CALLED the customer service person told me that he could not help me WHAT So I asked for a supervisor but the customer rep first told me that ALL THE SUPERVISORS ARE BUSY so I offered to wait THEN HE TOLD ME THAT THE SUPERVISORS were NOT in the bank today SERIOUSLY BEFORE YOU HAVE TO WRITE THE TYPE OF REVIEW THAT I AM NOW WRITING TRANSFER YOUR MONEY TO A REASONABLE BANK WITH REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and then CLOSE YOUR BNP acct THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS

Truly the worst company I have ever

Truly the worst company I have ever dealt with Constantly send letters for late payments even though we have a live dd in place Despite the several phone calls and emails even one to a guy who claimed to be one of the best in the business still the issues aren t resolved despite his assurances they were They ignore emails even when the auto response has been received Even if they do respond it s several weeks later They cause unnecessary stress when all you want to do is pay the dd as agreed Even the bank told us it s nothing to do with us or them it s BNP Paribas who cause the problems Very unsurprising to find the terrible reviews on here and here s another for the collection AWFUL

This company is a complete scam really disappointed in the way they treat their so called customers by pressuring and putting payments on every time you go to pay they don t have any respect or consideration absolutely disgusted by them would never recommend such company don t understand why they get away with such behaviour money oriented company

BNP Menton have coffee instead of serving clients

Menton branch ignored our pre-arranged appointment They had coffee and chat in the backroom Members of staff were coming out to serve clients with espresso in their hands The branch manager was there as well The main hall and the reception desk was deserted Staff was popping in out when someone came in At our pre-arranged appointment time no-one dealt with us After 10 min we walked out

Terrible terrible We tried to open an account in Bordeaux as we want to buy in France We are Irish Got sloppy service no replies to emails we really had to send a lot of emails and phone calls We set up an appointment to fly to Bordeaux from Dublin and the person then said he would not be there This resulted in having to upload all the documents again and rearrange another appointment with an equally rude staff member We flew over to get a curt rude reception amd we signed paperwork On way home I said we would email to say we would delay the process on depositing our money and then I decided we would not go ahead with it so they closed our account I asked them would it be possible to reopen it again if we changed our mind they said no they would not continue with these terms We have since opened with credit-agricole with no problem and friendly staff We have deposited our 400k cash with them and I m very happy to not deal with BNP

Try to login once on your account when abroad the ONLY bank where this doesn t work Beobank no problem at all FORTIS AFTER HOURS TRYING STILL NOT WORKING JUST SHOWING BLANK SCEEN well soon this is what you will see when i close my account GOOD FOR MY MONEY BUT NOT FOR GIVING SERVICE
