DO NOT ORDER FROM BOATHOUSE ONLINE I ordered a bracelet courier lost it I never got it Never even came to my door Now they are saying it s not their responsibility or the couriers So I lost money and lost a bracelet No refund and no replacement First time buying too never again

Poor service Limited menu Disinterested owners

Really really poor This restaurant advertises it has its own fishing boat Yet no fish of the day No special You can t have your scallops just pan fried You have to have them in their sauce The bar shuts without notice And despite being asked four times if we wanted still or sparkling they still got it wrong To the owners I know Australia only have school kids for staff but you can still train and teach them

Order placed 14 days ago order still not shipped

I ordered 14 days ago still did not receive any update from Boathouse When I contacted them they told me the processing time is 2-5 business day It has been 10 business days since I placed my order Never ordering from them again

Terrible return refund service

Terrible return refund service They ve had my return for SEVERAL days now and acknowledge that I keep asking where my refund is and I keep getting the run around Outright theft I ve been referred to their Return Centre by someone named Patricia over and over again I just want my money back Never again

Cancelled my order for no reason

Cancelled my order for no reason I used the shop app to purchase socks freaking SOCKSSS and they cancelled it mentioning its fraudulent The only reason i believe is bc i used their discount code which they emailed me and they probably didnt want to discount the Nike socks I used my shop app account to make 1000 transactions clothing shoes etc for myself and they decided they were better off w o my business 300 only bc they felt like it no damn reason worst store in existence

Garbage

Garbage They separated my orders and one shipped with canada post Canada post is going on week 2 of a strike Theyre REFUSING to do anything and re ship my item Will never order from here again They don t care about their customers We have no idea when the strike will end or if it even will so apparently it s not their problem I ve never been so frustrated in my life when christmas is in less than a month Everywhere else I ve ordered has nicely re shipped and asked me to notify them if I recieve the item when canada post is no longer striking and I d glady ship the second one back to them But not here They laughed at me when I called all upset

Trash customer service and withhold your money

Trash customer service The customer service online rep ignored ALL of my emails after I rated his service as bad on the form they send out My package was sitting for over two weeks labeled but wasn t being shipped and I had requested to cancel it oh so many times all they did was ignore literally so many emails And when I called twice they made up some bs excuse as to why it couldn t be done Funny thing is I have family who work at UPS and they flat out said that boathouse had clearly lost the package and to get it refunded They obviously are super unorganized judging by other reviews And to ignore a paying customer and withhold money is disgusting They act like scammers with the way they hang on tight to your money I also had ordered the SAME PAIR OF PANTS on a previous order- those didn t ship either and when I asked where they were I was told they were on the way Lo and behold- I get an email after the fact saying they were out of stock Can this company get it together Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere

They messed up my online order with 5 mistakes made no effort to fix it

I purchased 3 tshirts online when my order arrived they made 5 mistakes with my order wrong style and wrong colors of shirts were sent I emailed them to tell then they made 5 mistakes with my order They replied sorry go to a store for refund or exchange I don t live in the same city as a store Pathetic customer service

terrible service long wait times

It s been a long tine since my order is supposedly ready for shipping but it wasn t sent and the replies from customer service are always so disappointing Sure canada post is striking but my order is ready and with a tracking number from UPS for more than 15 days What happened Did they really take 15 days to pick up a parcel Doesn t look like that the other part of my order was ready later and has already arrived My last order with Boathouse was also disappointing I shouldn t have given them a second chance Terrible service
