It was a nightmare It was nothing but setting myself up for scams and donating my money No serious contacts were made I was sent a bogus check and asked to click on various links in an effort to scam me If I had my freedom to score the service it would be a negative 5

Horrible useless site

I bought a boat on this site years ago so I listed my boat -- what a crap site First and foremost they charge every two weeks autorenew only and you have to call to turn it off What a despicable and should be illegal practice You cannot turn it off online Of course you can upgrade and do anything you want online except turn off autorenew Second of all I got a few legit emails but by I also listed on Facebook for free and got way way more inquiries and more were local Boat Trader stinks

Very expensive

I wasted quite a bit of time Making up my ad and not realizing the exorbitant cost Of a listing period not only was the cost high but at the time period they with it I think the listing up was ridiculously short read all the other roof bad reviews

I posted my boat on boat traders com It was the worst decision 200 was a waste of money It was purchased off of Facebook marketplace within 15 days there were no customer support with boattraders com they had the wrong information don t use them It s a waste of money terrance Stroman 2012 hurricane 189

They make you pay to post your boat but don t care if it sells

I ve only been contacted by scammers I paid to have it on Boat Trader and another site but they forgot to put it on the other site When I called they fixed it and extended my time but I want to sell my boat now not when they feel like doing their job Extremely disappointed with them especially for what they charge to post your boat

If I could give ZERO stars I would As noted by multiple people this is a TERRIBLE website and should be avoided at all costs As with others posted information about my boat and only received SCAM type responses trying to get information

Boat Trader has been a complete joke I spent 115 to only end up giving and running a report for someone who possibly took all of my personal information Do not trust the website because they re not out to help you sell your boat they re out to get your information
