2000 00 for training Who has that kind of money If he want s to help people charge less than 100 00 for info If it s so successful why is is so expensive Why is he selling training for a kings ransom rather than just training people to do the work It sounds like the Amway scam I can t find any honest reviews

My first check

My first deal was an interesting one Call it a baptism by fire I found a deal in Georgia in April 2023 for 15 328 00 in Georgia This property had two owners a dissolved LLC and an individual When I first contacted them the owner of the LLC wanted to try to collect the funds himself but his partner wanted me to handle everything Since I couldn t persuade him I backed off and let him try I categorized the lead as follow up in my tracking sheet I figured there was a possibility of them running into problems I was right I called them back about a month and a half later This time both of them wanted me to handle the deal The county rep provided me with all of the necessary additional paperwork needed for the claim which included an affidavit for the LLC owner indicating his status in the dissolved LLC It included a field called shares issued My client put 0 in this field He should have put 1 The county attorney then told me that the funds could not be paid to the owner of the LLC or the other owner who had no involvement with the LLC because their policy prevented them from paying funds to a corporation that issued no shares I explained that my client misunderstood that field and asked if we could refile with the correct information The answer was no and my heart sank Surprisingly the county attorney did offer an alternative i e have the agent of the dissolved LLC sign an affidavit that met the requirements of the county We submitted the agent s affidavit and the funds were paid out about 3 weeks later Many thanks to Bob for the training on this business and the support team especially Mike Vitrano who has been johnny-on-the-spot with detailed and helpful answers to all my questions Believe me when I say I could not do this business without all of you Bob you run a first-rate organization

I recently processed my 7th or 8th claim I found the lead in Delaware s Project Rightful Owner site on the Superior Court website I then mailed the claimant a letter who responded and we did the agreement The claimant was not that skeptical but the case was somewhat complicated by divorce and Family Court Proceedings were brought into the equation by the attorney who I routinely deal with An attorney is required in Delaware to process Overage claims There was a HELOC left over even after the foreclosing mortgage was satisfied by the Sheriff Sale that had to first be reconciled but even after that there was still about 60K leftover to be claimed The Judge awarded my claimant 1 2 of that amount The other 1 2 goes to the other partner who was uncooperative So in the end my claimant was very grateful and will use the money to buy a much needed 2nd hand automobile I personally will use my commission to pay off Vendors and debts at least in part I am grateful to Bob Diamond and his staff for assisting me whenever I had questions or concerns About my thoughts on the business It has become competitve of late at least in Delaware and I feel fortunate to get a one or two percent response rate at best This in all honesty has made it somewhat difficult in the last couple of years or so However I am grateful for this business as it has given my the freedom of not having to get a part time job in my retirement You know the kind of jobs that give you a generous ten minute bathroom break I have used all the marketing mediums including phone email my favorite and of course letters They have all have produced results My biggest claim netted my company 43K and that was for a foreign judgement against the former homeowner who was again uncooperative with me The Judgement Creditor was a pleasure to work with That was a happy day around the campfire for my family Well that s it Like anything else in life you have to work the business Thank you Bob and Company
