I like the fact that the water heats sooo fast-3-4 minutes In the morning when all you want is a cup of tea in tea bag or coffee bag and you re not wide awake you don t have to wait long You don t have to deal with grinding coffee beans putting in filters measuring water measuring ground beans pouring in the water without spilling then waiting for your coffee pot to make your coffee Coffee bag and tea bags in the morning happens so quickly with a Bodum Then off the rest of your day AND it turns off by itself in case you forgot to I love this little gem

I was sent a faulty product and feared that getting a replacement would be more hassle than it was worth A couple of emails later and a replacement is in the post with an instruction to recycle what I was originally sent
