I wish I saw these reviews before

I wish I saw these reviews before I spend 100 on 2 heated vests Major disappointment They are at least 2-3 sizes too small poorly made and barely warm in only a small section of the vest I was scammed by fake reviews Not worth a dime and I am sure I will not be able to return them without it costing as much as the vests did

Scammers Not orthotic sandal Beware the Sarah Taylor if she exists lives in China To get a refund I will have to mail these cheap sandals back to China on my dime which will be more expensive than this shoe is worth I also do not trust I would get a refund Do not waste your money on this scam

I ordered off of Bodwellbeing because the website stated the address as located in Miami FL Their website also said 24 7 customer service no hassle returns and money back guarantee THIS IS NOT TRUE I received the items after several weeks and they were from China they of course didn t fit I contacted customer service to return them They asked for pictures to verify the items before they would give me a return address Then the return address was in China and the cost to return them was the same as what I paid for them So it made no sense to return them They get the money and I am stuck with junk that I can t do anything with DON T ORDER FROM THIS SITE

They sent my package to the wrong zip

They sent my package to the wrong zip code and it has been there in another post office for over 10 days This after waiting weeks to get it sent out All they do is reply to my detailed account of the problem with a form letter string they have NO responsibility to get my package delivered to me DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM No one answers the phone and they DO NOT read your emails to them ZERO stars

This company is such a scam Don t order anything It may look like a legit website but it isn t I tried to cancel my order and I was ensured by sarah taylor that it was cancelled and i would be receiving a refund Not so much The next day she said we were sorry but unable to cancel and refund my money Then it took over 6 weeks for the order to come They even charged me an international shipping fee as well I guess i should of read the reviews DON T GET SUCKED INTO THIS

very poor quality uv light wands at 30 ea I believed the 100 satisfaction guarantee and I was charged a transaction fee for conversion of my so they are NOT in the usa I get auto responses from my attempts to return my items I think I have been scammed

No customer service

I ordered 4 items They sent 2 in the wrong sizes not what was ordered and 1 that did not fit When I asked for return information I received an automated reply that they would get in touch with me I did receive an email stated that they needed pictures of what I received I sent the pictures and have sent 2 additional emails requesting status and have received nothing back DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM it is a scam I wish I had check the Better Business Bureau before I had ordered

Can t get my order

I placed an order with them on December 27 2023 I got a notice the item was shipped but their tracking number doesn t work I ve tried to contact them by email a number of times with no response I m going to have to dispute the credit card charge to get my money back
