Avoid this company Automated responses to every request and ignored completely when asking for cancellations refunds Right now I m due around 190 from them My bank have also been utterly useless at stopping their monthly theft from my account as my complaint doesn t really fit their definition of fraud who knew

Avoid I paid for a 1 week trial 5 99 and cancelled before the trial was up to avoid rolling into a subscription Woke up today to find they have taken 31 98 out of my bank account I emailed them and they replied that at the end of the trial it automatically went into a subscription Why when I cancelled beforehand and have no active subscriptions with them

Careful what you sign up too

Tried the body fast app coach and signed up for one month for 15 99 Gave it a shot and wasn t for me After 1 month I was charged 31 98 which I didn t agree too When I questioned customer service they said it was all explained when signing up it wasn t as I went back and checked They also said that I was told in a welcome email that the price would double after 1 month I didn t receive an email and I kept questioning this After they went back and checked they agreed they didn t send me an email and gave me a refund Be warned that the terms aren t clearly stated while signing up Nothing about auto renew or price doubling unless you go right into the small print of their website If I didn t keep questioning themI wouldn t have got my refund Be careful when signing up

Ineffective rip off

I rarely leave reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience with this app Unfortunately it has been a huge disappointment Despite the high subscription cost the app offers very little value I didn t receive any useful notifications or guidance to assist with fasting which was my main reason for subscribing The service feels like a scam especially considering I paid 51 for something that didn t deliver on its promises To make matters worse I canceled my subscription just two days after the renewal but still had to pay for a service I no longer wanted I would not recommend this app to anyone especially given its steep price and lack of useful features and customer service Very frustrating experience

Avoid at all cost Scam

Signed up to the free trial found it wasn t right for me cancelled the subscription on day 3 to then find a few days later it was still coming out my account emailed them and basically said they ll only give 50 refundThis is how they make there money in this scam AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Just Avoid Another Scam Company

I cancelled my subscription anfter my trial and then proceeded to delete my account and was still charged for a full membership absolute disgraceful 32 a months is a lot of money to be tricking out of someone every month

As you can see from other reviews and my own experience this company operates with incredibly shady practices They provide no warning or communication before charging your account no emails no notifications nothing It s clear they re not interested in providing value or serving customers instead they rely on people forgetting about the app so they can collect unearned profits This is not a company that operates with integrity I feel taken advantage of and unfortunately I m not alone Do yourself a favor and steer clear
