This is the biggest scam I ever got when I start running on the treadmill the screen keep flashing once in a while and then suddenly shut down after few seconds the treadmill stops as well The treadmill it s always inclined even if shows there is 0 inclination and making it very hard to run on The treadmill device it s an android but it has only few useless apps on it that it s barely working and you re not able to download some other apps or something like that on it so all together this treadmill it s useless and a big scam doesn t even worth 100e definitely don t buy it I tried to contact the technical service on the site and I never got an answer

This is the worst gym equipment ever I had the first treadmill that immediately after some month broke then the company gave me a new supposed better one This one had problems ever since 2021 almost every 2 month I have to replace things and pay on my own now is a big damage and it doesn t work and the company just doesn t care because it s not in the guarantee Basically I already spent the same amount of the treadmill in repairs The assistance from Bodytone is just horrible and the just don t care Stay away from all the materials they sell

This company is a scam Do not buy any product from their website as you will neither receive the product or your money back For context I bought two products on their website The prices were definitely too good to be true but decided to place an order anyway Despite having received the order confirmation almost 4 weeks passed and I have never received any news from this company I would have expected either to receive the product or an order cancellation but instead it is all silence So in summary even if the prices seem attractive do not buy as this company is a scam

FAULTY INDOOR BIKES

I purchased 2 different models of BODYTONE indoor bikes from 2 different resellers BOTH FAULTY I thought to be not lucky after the first one but now I know that the brand is a bad company Faulty items no assistance nothing What I don t understand is how this brand can assembly and sell faulty bikes but made with not so bad mechanical components Cherry on the top is that customer assistance is really nonexistent Unbelievable So do not buy from Bodytone You can hope to get back money only if you will buy from reseller

Extremely Disappointed with customer support

I purchased the Smart Bike V3 and have been nothing but frustrated The handlebar regulator is ridiculously stiff even after applying grease and the bottle holder screw just won t tighten The monitor doesn t record any value making it useless during workouts Despite multiple attempts to arrange a repair no technician ever showed up leaving me feeling completely abandoned by Bodytone s customer support I would not recommend this product or service

Very bad SAT and poor quality equipment

I bought a second had SMB1V3 with control console issue The old owner was waiting for months to receive the replacement he was kind enough to save it for me after I bought his smart bike Well the new console bluetooth was not working I contacted the SAT ask me for a video showing how the BT does not work I send all the information they told me the console was not compatible with my APP when the first console BT worked perfectly only 2 buttons not working I had to fight them to accord to send a new console when they received stock again After months they send it to the wrong address after asking my all my information and videos showing a bluetooth not working If you have to buy any expensive equipment look for another company if you look for reviews you will believe us if you are na ve enough to buy you will know for sure

GOT A DT22W TREADMILL

GOT A DT22W TREADMILL INCLINE SETTINGS ARE ALL OFF EVEN WHEN ON ZERO INCLINE MACHINE SEEMS TO BE SLIGHTLY INCLINED AND WHEN ON HIGHER INCLINE SETTINGS MACHINE SEEMS TO BE ON MUCH LESS INCLINE CANT FIND THE DEVICE SETTINGS PASSWORD EITHER AND NO INFORMATION IS PROVIDED ON HOW TO GET THAT DONE AND I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING CAN ANYONE HELP
