Machine wasn t ready and was broken

I booked a rental for a trituratrice at Palermo Forum I arrived at the agreed time They said the machine was behind too many things in the warehouse and to come back tomorrow Came back tomorrow They still didn t have it but did after 20 minutes but the machine was broken In total doesn t several hours driving back and forth and waiting and no machine No offer for compensation Very disappointing
