Be aware of credit card errors
Be aware bogs canada website is very sensitive when trying to pay with credit card Continuously authorizes amount owing each time you press checkout while trying to figure out error Never did get to order boots but had credit card preauthorized 5 x equaling over 850 Worst part is they know about the problem but haven t fixed it They just say use pay pal

Purchased Bogs boots in March 2022
Purchased Bogs boots in March 2022 in July 2022 I reported to them that the seam pulled apart so no longer weather proof They gave me big discount to purchase again I did like an idiot And again seam pulled apart not deeming them worthy in the wet weather Will never ever purchase again Boots are crap Probably made in China

Constant issues with trying to pay with
Constant issues with trying to pay with a credit card They continue to authorize payment on my card and then say there is an error which there is not confirmed with CC company Tried 10 times causing a hold of over 1000 and still no boots Took a week to remove the hold and tried to pay through PayPal as they directed and the same issue occurred No offer of support Extremely frustrated Will not be ordering again

quality of material and temperature rating unrealistic
after wearing my Boggs insulated bots 2 seasns cold fall temperatures the material just above the rubber boot itself wore out and ended up with a tear in the front of the boots just above the rubber The strip of rubber that goes all the way to the top of the back of the boot was cracked THey boast having a temperature rating of -50degrees celcius but that is totally false aas my feet were cold at zero degrees Weraing them in the cold fall temoerature 2 seasons and this occurs as well as complete discolration of the rubber is unacceptable seein as they cost 175 00 Canadian A warantee of one year jand no flexibility just shows what kind of company they are Quality is bad and custmer service is worse Don t deserve repiutation they have earned

Extremely poor quality
I purchased a pair of bogg Boots to walk my dogs in the winter I live on Vancouver Island where we have a lot of rain and was looking for something to keep my feet dry walking in the neighborhood The first pair of boots didn t even last 4 months of winter and the seams were leaking in water where they had split Since they had a one year warranty I was shipped a replacement pair I have had the replacement pair for less than 3 months and the seam is split on the left boot Save yourself the money and go with a different brand There is no quality with bogg

Don t waste your money Bogs footwear
Purchased initially in 2017 and received A1 quality boot Since then have ordered and had to get replacement and or refund Purchased again in 2022 only to have the boot open up after 6 weeks Bought another pair quickly while waiting on refund- identical pair and the exact same thing happened Sent images and request to refund or replace to be told they won tClearly the parent company Weyco group that bought Bogs are running cheap manufacturing standards and have a terrible consumer confidence rating Off to give my money to Merry People for their boots

Faulty product and poor customer service
I received a pair of the Bogs Stewart clogs for my birthday from friends interstate I wore the clogs outside on 3 short trips into the garden and noticed the sole heel missing I also haven t been able to find it I contacted Bogs via email and added photos to see if I could get a replacement sole and that s when the hard work began with many emails They will not help in any way unless I give them the receipt I explained that they were a gift from friends for my birthday Jan 2024 and without a receipt they insist on my friends contact details For a cheap pair of clogs I m not going to embarrass my friends telling them they brought me a dodgy present and they certainly would not be happy me handing over their contact details I didn t ask for a replacement pair or refund just a bit of rubber I was happy to glue on myself For a simple cheap replacement heel sole that I need they certainly are not been helpful or thankful for the feedback on this faulty product I would not recommend the quality of this product or the help I have received

I bought a set of Bogs on jan 31 2024
I bought a set of Bogs on jan 31 2024 Used less than 10 times over the spring and summer in lake water while canoeing Last use in august 2024 I noticed the logo peeling off Nov 2024 I noticed the one boot neoprene seam coming undone and some delamination on both boots at the cuff to lower juncture Dec 02 2024 returned to place of purchase Signifigant attitude was told bogs would likely do nothing as boots a year old I corrected lady and said look at purchase date its ten months I will let store deal with issue If it goes nowhere i will go after bogs myself Glad i hung onto original box and receipt Muck boots and now Bogs boots are now on my do not purchase again list
