Avoid this joke of a company
Avoid this joke of a company I ve had a baby monitor which is faulty within the first 2-3 months of use the warranty department are non-existent and I cannot even get a reply from them over 100 for a product what an absolute waste - I will be taking this up with my bank to claim the money back avoid at all costs and use another brand

Avoid avoid avoid - faulty monitor and they fail to comply with warranty
I should start by saying that the reason the baby monitor has such high ratings on Amazon is because following your purchase Boifun asks you to give them a five star review and in return they give you a gift voucher We purchased the camera based on these paid reviews and so wish we hadn t The monitor started off well and we really liked it We registered for the warranty and quite soon after we had a few issues the handset freezing and switching off Boifun support was quick to respond by email but often said the same things try moving the router restart the system move the camera closer etc which never worked The camera then broke completely 4 weeks ago I emailed several times and they just said the same thing as before I referred to the warranty but they told me that it was a priority and was being escalated to their senior team who would come back to me after the weekend However despite chasing I have heard nothing for c two weeks They have ignored my emails and my reference to the warranty as well as my request for a new camera to be sent to me on the proviso I would send back the original camera In fact there is absolutely no word from them they have not offered to replace the camera they have failed to provide any fix and have not offered me any form of refund From the other reviews it seems to be a common theme that they ignore queries and are often in breach of their warranty I would therefore avoid this company at all costs and save your money

Faulty baby monitor and no response
I bought a baby monitor and it was faulty I registered for the 3 year warranty and reported the fault No response I have emailed multiple times but nothing Would not recommend at all

AVOID - terrible as lots of others have said
As lots of others have said 1 Terrible product baby montitor 6T 2G loses connection without it being moved even when only a few metres from camera Terrible wire cable stability - camera keeps disconnecting due to rubbish mini USB socket in camera 2 Terrible customer services - ignored or told same as reviewer on here we ve escalated to our senior team then no response 3 Fake reviews I was sent an email shortly after purchase on Amazon and offered 15 Amazon voucher or memory card if I wrote really positive review and sent evidence of it to them AVOID AVOID AVOID Edit I just got a full refund by speaking to Amazon Chat via the Amazon app in the customer services section Even though product is outside of 39 day warranty I explained the problem as written above and they Amazon not Boifun offered a full refund upon return of the item free return label sent by Amazon via email I also sent Amazon evidence of the email for the offer Boifun made to pay me for a fake 5 review

I wish I d never bought this product
I wish I d never bought this product After just under 2 years the monitor started faulting it wouldn t stay charged kept disconnecting and turning itself off eventually the battery started to expand and it tore the whole monitor apart I emailed the company and they took a month to respond and then said they can t replace the device as the store I bought it from on amazon has shut down and they don t make that model anymore When I asked for the new equivalent they said they won t send those as replacements as my fault wasn t priority even though they admitted the device is faulty They have agreed to a 40 refund which is appalling as it is still in warranty but now will only send that via PayPal which I don t use due to being repeatedly scammed and just keep sending me the same email that they will only refund via PayPal This is an absolutely disgraceful company who clearly just sell faulty products and discontinue them regularly so they then don t have to do anything when they break

Rubbish customer service
Camera stopped working whilst under warranty Emailed the company they responded with some troubleshooting Did not work they explained it was faulty and would give me 50 refund as they couldn t do replacements Rejected it finally agreed to give me a full refund It has been 2 weeks with no contact on their part and no refund Disgraceful customer service Save your money

Do not buy
Handset not working activated warranty and extended 3-year warranty The range on the unit was terrible it would at least 10-15 times per day just lose connection for about 20-30 seconds while perfectly stationary just down the hall from the camera Contacted company only used for 4 months and they replied to say send photos Abbas videos did that and they ve not responded since Will not respond Summary tech terrible doesn t work at all company will not honour their own standard warranty or reply DO NOT USE

Poor quality and customer service
I ve only had this camera for a year and the charging port is now faulty The camera no longer connects to the monitor so cannot be used I ve emailed to use the 3 year warranty but now no response from customer services
