The components were shipped by Royal ail to Australia where they disappeared into a black hole Australia Post advised they were overwhelmed but could not provide any delivery date They media suggested items would not be delivered or take at least a year to clear After a month Boiler Sales offered to dispatch replacements I arranged for these to be collected and delivered by DHL This was an inconvenience to Boiler Sales but they provided full assistance - at no charge
