I would recommend CSJ Eco Heat to anyone looking to have their boiler serviced They were quick to offer a convenient date and time to suit me The engineer offered a detailed explanation of the problems and set the thermostat on the boiler to save money The area was left clean and tidy

Boiler leaking water and lost pressure

I had a boiler that had lost pressure and water was poring out of the outlet pipe Cam was quick to visit and diagnosed the problem in no time The problem part was replaced checked and tested and normal service was resumed Cam was very clean polite and knowledgeable throughout the job I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family Thank you Cam

Highly Recommended Cam was engaged by my landlord to rectify issues with my boiler and a drop in shower temperature He quickly and efficiently identified and solved the boiler issues the shower proved more difficult but Cam s persistence paid off and I now have a piping hot shower in time for family arriving for Christmas In addition to providing a first rate service Cam was considerate polite and friendly throughout and a great communicator - which in my experience is highly unusual for a plumber Highly recommended

CSJ were recommended by a family member and we were very impressed with their approach and the work undertaken We required the resiting of a Magna Cleanse unit and servicing of our 3 year old boiler Cam came to assess work required and we received a prompt and competitive quote On the day Cam ensured mess was kept to a minimum and carried out the work required to an excellent standard providing professional advice when necessary We are now refitting our kitchen and CSJ will be without doubt the professionals we will approach to carry out the gas related work

What can I say other than WOW Cam is brilliant and the work he carried out is second to none In this day and age where it can be hard to find honest and competent tradespeople and I am over joyed to have found Cam at CSJ The work he carried out which included moving our boiler from our kitchen to an upstairs room was urgently needed and he managed to do this with a weeks notice Cam was extremely polite and professional and ensured that we were happy with what work was going to take place before carrying it out He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain what and why in terms I could understand without being condescending He was so respectful of my property too and made sure he left everything as it was found - not an easy job when the flooring it light and the work dirty Needless to say I have his details saved and will not think twice about contacting him in the future for any and all work he can do Thank you Cam Also he even fixed my bathroom tap without saying anything it s annoyed me since I bought the property but was one of those jobs at the bottom of a long list so I was over joyed when I noticed he d done it - it s the pride in his own work and little extras that make Cam stand head and shoulders above the rest

Cameron was the consummate professional from start to finish I contacted him for a quote for a new boiler cylinder and he came and looked over the scope of work within a couple of days He then sent through a very reasonable quote soon after and on my go ahead provided a timely slot to get the work done On arrival he laid carpet protector and ensured that the house would be kept clean and then undertook the two days of work with efficiency He was polite courteous knowledgeable and patient with my queries He was cool under pressure and worked really hard to make sure we were up and running in record time I honestly could not recommend Cameron and CSJ Eco Heat more and will be ensure I contact him for my yearly service moving forward and further recommending him to family and friends

5 Don t use anyone else Cam s your man

Cam was extremely friendly and professional He arrived on time and was very helpful He suggested a couple of suitable options without any pressure to decide there and then however I was confident in him and his knowledge to accept the most suitable for me Cam went above and beyond he allowed me to video him using my new heating device so that I can watch it back when I certainly would have forgotten what he told me by the time I need to use it again Cam came came highly recommended after doing work for my daughter and I cannot fault him I wouldn t think twice about contacting him again and will be recommending him to friends and family
