BOK Financial Asset Management is
BOK Financial Asset Management is ignoring the CARES Act passed by the United States government last week The CARES Act should allow participants to access their 401K up to 100 000 without a 10 penalty if affected by COVID-19 It says EVERYTHING about an organization that chooses to ignore this important legislation Vanguard Charles Schwab TIAA-Cref and almost all 401K administrators quickly posted information for customers on their site about allowing 401K withdrawals with self-certification per legislation When contacting the company they dismissed the call and said to call back next week The email reply was vague and had no follow-up Three attempts to contact the firm were dismissed This is a prime example of how some banks and asset management companies are indifferent about their clients sponsors and participants Shame on you

Terrible mortgage servicer
Terrible mortgage servicer They do not allow clients to make 2 half payments in a month in order to buy down principle and pay less interest Then their staff talk down to their clients as though they are the dirt under their feet They try and put the onus on the client because they don t allow the mortgage to get paid down sooner It s a stupid strategy because some people are sitting on properties worth a lot of money When those properties get sold guess who is NOT going to handle that money BOK had me on hold for half an hour then hung up on me after gaslighting me I ll never forget what you did and what you are doing

A Disappointing Experience I strongly advise you to SEARCH ALL REVIEWS
Bank of Texas not from Texas - A Disappointing ExperienceI strongly advise you to SEARCH ALL REVIEWS before considering Bank of Texas for your business banking needs My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating and I deeply regret not researching more before opening my business account I had been a customer for three years and for the most part things went smoothly However everything took a turn when I found myself in a financial bind and needed a few extra days to catch up on my bank account and business line of credit I called ahead of time and made arrangements to pay off the entire line of credit and cover my monthly banking payment which was only two weeks after the call When the time came to make those payments I was shocked to find that my account was closed Confused I spent over an hour on the phone trying to understand what had happened only to be told that the agreement I had made was only with the line of credit department not the banking department I strongly disagreed and explained I would not just make arrangements for only one of the accounts They said that the two departments don t communicate with each other and there was no way for them to make that agreement for the banking side I explained I thought I was talking to the bank not a single department Their only resolution was that I could reapply and open a new account NO CHANCE This entire situation occurred because I was less than a month late on a payment of under 200 After three years of perfect payments and having been approved for a line of credit I had my account closed for this minor delay which was completely avoidable if their departments had actually communicated I ve since switched to First Financial Bank in Texas and they have been a world of difference They ve already tripled my line of credit and have worked with me when I ve needed extra time to get things in order They actually listen and communicate and I couldn t be more satisfied In conclusion I would not recommend Bank of Texas to anyone especially small business owners Their internal communication is a disaster and they do not seem to care about working with their customers during difficult times
