This order took FOREVER It was so difficult to get an answer and I would get an email that said it was shipping then get another saying it was almost done then another saying it was about to be delivered when I inquired they couldn t tell me anything and then I had one of them break in the first week The ring is still there and so after all this it s lost and I don t even have it anymore Frustrating

Two Orders Placed Both Had Massive Issues

I placed two orders with Boldier and both were disastrous The first was delayed far beyond the deliverability date which meant the item did not arrive in time for the celebration it was ordered for As an apology Boldier sent a voucher I paid for the shipping cost of the new item and waited and waited for it to arrive I reached out to Boldier and kept receiving the runaround When the order finally arrived months after the order was placed the item received was for someone else s order I contacted Boldier and requested a refund for the shipping costs and never received a response I had to go through my bank to resolve the issue

Same Story As Everyone Else

Mine story sounds like the same as everyone else s Ordered a custom key chainS expected shipment and then never heard from them again Just took my money and ran I have am submitting a complaint with the better business bureau and submitted a fraud charge in my credit card DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

The shipping experience was horrible

The shipping experience was horrible I questioned why the product I ordered took so long to be delivered and was told it was because of their anniversary sale Then I was offered 30 as a gift for another purchase Why would I order something else when it takes months to receive a product that I was expecting in weeks I missed having a gift for someone on their actual birthday by at least a month

Ridiculously poor company

Quality of the actual product is good However I ordered this tiny keychain in February and received it in June Were you mining the ore to forge the metal When I emailed about the status it was generic and just computer generated Definitely will not be ordering again and will warn everyone not to use this company

Not worth the wait

I ordered my keychain in April of 2023 and did not receive the keychain until December 2023 I sent an email to the customer service department and they never got back to me Don t order from them if you want it to arrive any earlier than 8 months after ordering it

My last order literally never showed

My last order literally never showed up Ordered a necklace for my niece with her name on it and I never ever heard from them Emailed them about a month later letting them know but at that point I didn t want it anymore the first order I did they also never responded and after a month of waiting I emailed about it and they then got my order started I loved the keychain when it showed up finally but I ll never order from them again Twice in a row

Biggest scam ever

My order was paid for immediately then took 6 months over a dozen emails Instagram messages and comments phone calls to a recording never once speaking with a real person and 5 requests to cancel before I was acknowledged It was only because I threatened to go through my bank and have that payment regarded as fraud that I actually got a response After that the Keychain arrived within a week and was so poor in quality that it broke 2 weeks later NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

No show and no response

I ordered my keychain on April 25th I received update emails randomly with the most recent coming on May 20th saying my order was ready and would be shipped soon Nothing since then I checked the tracking on their website and it still says in production status so now I m not even sure what s happening I have sent 3 unanswered emails to support and will likely be requesting a refund This was a gift for my boyfriend who is deploying in 3 weeks and is super disappointing
