The first person I spoke to in customer service was Mark I think He wasn t very helpful said I can t do that it s on line and talked down to me Iike I didn t know what I was talking about but he did forward my concern question to appropriate person and I received any answer by email quickly The young woman I spoke with on Monday 7 1 was very professional and very very helpful I wish I remembered her name She helped enter my info that I was unable to do from my phone didn t say you have to do that online she reassured me of my payment being received and charges to my account

Great first experience

I made a small purchase to evaluate the transaction and it was amazing Products weee at my door in 2 days I had them checked for authenticity and they passed with flying colors The only issue I had was probably not the shippers fault The products were supposed to require a signature upon delivery but the UPS guy just dropped it at my door The tracking information I had did say signature required so I m thinking it was in UPS

Been collecting Perth Mint Lunar coins for over 15 years Bold had the best prices for the new Lunar Snakes so I ordered a few Also waiting for the colored Lunar Snakes Those will come out in a few months and I will be watching Bold to see if I can get them for a good price This was a preorder so I haven t received my coins yet but should be in hand in a couple weeks
