I recently ordered a bag and I did not receive it although the courier recorded it as having been delivered I made a complaint to the company and was advised to contact the courier This I did but was not satisfied with the response I contacted the company asking for further details to enable continue the issue with the courier However it was resolved when a replacement was offered I appreciated the humane and respectful way the company acted in respect of the issue not antagonistic In addition I really do like the bags I ordered and have bought some more Keep up the good work
