Great service at Vaughan Mills location on Feb 26 They were helpful and friendly and took all proper covid precautions making me feel safe to be there Ended up with 2 pairs because of the great sale currently going on can t wait to pick them up in a few weeks Thanks ladies for all the help

I have bought two pairs of glasses at BonLook now and can not recommend them more My first pair held up well for 3 years in fact the frames are sturdy enough that I m going to get new lenses for them and keep wearing them It is so refreshing to pay such a low price point for trendy quality frames and great customer service There is really nothing else out there like BonLook

Excellent customer service The store was bright and clean but what made this a 5 star review were ALL the awesome customer service people in the store Joshua was amazing I wish I got the names of the others in the store because they were all friendly and knowledgeable Prices and service were 5 star Will definitely return
