Purchasing a new piano at Bonners

We purchased a Kawai K500 Aures from the Milton Keynes store we previously had an NV5 also bought from the same Bonners and it was time for an upgrade Many thanks to Toby and the team for making the experience so easy and Tony who helped us 5 years ago The rather heavy K500 was delivered smoothly by their specialists and we are enjoying the next level of playing The store is to be recommended and not intrusive in the piano purchase experience although typically a person probably visits with a specific instrument in mind there is a very large collection of alternatives to test against Many thanks everyone

Facilities choice and sale all excellent

Bonner s studio was ideal for trying out several pianos and choosing the best one I was going for a hybrid and they had at least three models to try The price was competitive and the sale and delivery went very smoothly

stunning Gibson ES-339

Bought a stunning Gibson ES-339 with a double A top from Bonners Eastbourne and it was set up beautifully and is truly an exceptional instrument Service was excellent throughout the process as I chose the guitar whilst abroad on holiday and they set it aside for me to try once I got back No pressure just experienced professional guidance and the perfect facilities for trying the guitar out in private and relaxed atmosphere Very pleased with my purchase Will return for an acoustic

Staff were helpful patient and informative when advising me which piano to choose for my first electric piano I ended up choosing the Kawai CN201 Digital Piano and I am so enjoying playing it The delivery service was hassle free and when I had a problem with one of the keys Bonners sent a technician to come and fix it

Bonners is a fantastic music shop I keep going back for the huge stock and the wonderfully friendly helpful knowledgeable staff This time I upgraded an electric piano I bought at Bonners a few years ago for a beautiful acoustic piano Bonners made the process a pleasure
