Absolute nightmare of customer service
It s been weeks since I m trying to solve my order problems with this company My order initially came with the 100ml missing They were unreachable by phone and mail and didn t call me back when promised Then without ever replying to my e-mail they refunded me Later after my comment on IG they sent me a text to which they also didn t give me a follow up Now after I had to order my perfume again it still hasn t arrived even though it s been 2 weeks With such a terrible customer service it is impossible to trust you with buying such high-end products My order still hasn t arrived and there is zero communication from your side Im still surprised I do not recommend making any orders with them

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE FRAUD AND MOCKERY Been waiting for a month to get my package Has been returned twice because of them i have been calling texting emailing and NO ANSWER They stole my money and got nothing in return From europe to europe to wait 1 month for a delivery ABSOLUTE DISASTER The client service is NOTHING It is horrible nobody cares or answers SUCH A SHAME I never got my money or package in return Such a DISSAPOINTMENT i love perfumes but NEVER EVER ordering or telling my friends about this company needs to be avoided SCAMMERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ignoring emails after promising refund
After my package went missing in transit Bon Parfumeur promptly responded to me and offered a refund or replacement Given the proximity to the holiday season the replacement would not have arrived on time - so I opted for a refund I responded to their email making this clear A week passed I received no response so followed up assuming it as an honest mistake This email was never replied to I have emailed three times since and attempted to reach out through multiple other channels - no response I submitted an anonymous general question from a different email surprise surprise The company responded to the other email This said they are yet to acknowledge a single one of my communications regarding the missing order for which they promised a refund As the postage contract is held between the courier and he who purchased the label BP the law in this country states that the company must provide a refund upfront to the customer and then make a claim which will be assessed by the courier providing they purchased adequate insurance What Bon Parfumeur have done or rather not done in this instance is illegal I will raise a chargeback with my bank and contact the ombudsman to review this matter Trading should occur in accordance with the law of the land - not to be influenced by a company s willingness to follow through on the promise of a legally due refund Would not recommend purchasing direct Go through a reputable retailer - I am not the first person whom this has happened to

This is by far the worst company I have
This is by far the worst company I have ever experienced I got a message that my order was delivered but I never received my order I then tried to contact the company twice by e-mail and no one responded I would highly recommend that you do your online shopping elsewhere

Great experience
I have bought the coffret atelier and the experience was flawless they sent me an email to update me from when they prepare the package to when it s delivered The parfumes are of great quality and i would suggest anybody to try them
