non existent customer service
I know it s Christmas and deliveries can take a little longer However it seems to me rather unprofessional to not answer emails or phone calls when a customer tries to enquire as to when the order might arrive They say that normally it takes 5 days mine took 11 days They did answer the first email and gave me another delivery date but when that date passed and still no parcel it then became impossible to contact them They finally answered after I raised a case with paypal

Horrendous customer service
Horrendous customer service I ve complained about a delivery that apparently had taken place but it didn t it turns out it was the wrong house Absolutly no apology from them but just told it will take another 4 days Then Eaoifa replied to me saying I m incredibly rude - the irony Clearly someone is having a bad day
