Facebook Customer Service and Products

After having several purchasing transaction issues occur on the Boohoo site I tried customer service only to then be told to contact the Facebook page After explaining my issue for the third time to someone new I was able to find really helpful answers and explanations from Tom A who talked me through why my issue was occurring and what solutions and process to rectify it so I can finalise my order If it wasn t for Tom A I d probably still be stuck on the actual websites customer service not knowing what is going on Even though this order has only just gone through I made a reasonable purchase of items a week ago and received them less then a week delivery time and was amazing by the quality texture and feel of the items as well as the fit Purchased Leggings Jeans and decal tops So far no negative experience in terms of FB customer service or the items themselves Thanks again Tom A

So I had done two orders from boohoo and went to track my parcels and it took me to Hermes and said that my parcels had been delivered and signed for there was me panicking because it certainly wasn t delivered and signed for at my address so I sent an email to boohoo and it said I would get a reply within 24hrs to which i couldn t wait that long so I decided to contact them via Facebook and I got a lovely gentleman called Josh he checked out the order number that I had and also gave me a conformation email of my other order It turns out that my parcels haven t left the warehouse yet and he told me not to worry as it would be delivered to the correct address So I want to thank josh for helping me today and putting my mind at rest about my parcels you were very friendly Thank you so much josh

I LOVE BOOHOO

I personally have had a great experience with boohoo I have made two orders and have one in the mail at the moment and I think the products are great considering the price I generally always buy sale items and use discount codes If your a student I recommend signing up to unidays to get 10 of your order if there is no discount code already available Shipping is kinda slow usually about a week but it s free for Australian orders so I can t complain The only bad experience I had was an item was out of stock so they refunded me and sent me an email letting me know it was cancelled but I don t really see that as a major problems Overall I would highly recommend boohoo to anyone it s cheap and has some really good deals
