Listing suddenly changed after order was placed
I am not ordering here again I decided to try some jeans as they had a sale I ordered a light grey washed jean and a light blue washed jean When I received the order I noticed a black jean and a dark blue jean I looked in my account and saw that they looked like the pictures but that s not what I ordered at all When I looked up the products on Google I found the pictures of the jeans I chose and when I clicked on the pictures I got sent to the jeans I received and saw in my account One of the jeans is cheaply made and has a really cheap look overall and I ve been trying to find a way to return it without spending the extra money for the return but their team is not helpful at all They see that I ordered those items so that s what they keep repeating It s their word against mine and I wished I d taken a screenshot of my order before the listings suddenly changed

Absolutely disgusted with the customer
Absolutely disgusted with the customer service Recieved my order last week and discovered an item missing Contacted Boohoo Customer Support expecting it to be easily rectified couldn t have been more wrong I have emailed back and forth since initial contact with 4 different members of staff basically insinuating I m lying and saying they could take legal action because according to them they viewed CCTV and the item was definitely packed I was not going to let this go as I know for a fact I should have received 7 items in my order but only 6 was delivered I provided proof that the weight on the postage label matched the weight of the 6 items i received if there was 7 items the weight would have been more Still they insisted they sent the item I then made a SAR request to view this apparent CCTV 4 different members of staff say they viewed shown all items being packed along with a letter template from the ICO Surprise surprise I have just received another email from a manager apologising saying they went and viewed the CCTV and my item was infact not packed and it will now be sent out After reading reviews on other sites this appears to be a common occurrence with Boohoo how many customers are they getting away with stealing from because they are insisting they have CCTV evidence and making customers feel there is nothing more they can do I will be continuing with my complaint through the ICO

Discount disappeared after entering payment details
The prices showed in your basket can suddenly change after entering your payment details this gives me scam vibes I did not get the 50 summer discount promoted everywhere on the website Customer service states that their prices can vary This is not fair Now I have to pay to send it back since I couldn t cancel my order

bad quality and difficult non clear return procedure
I received my order EU116258134 from eu boohoo on time and the delivery was good However my order was automatically divided into two packages by the site and unfortunately all the bikini sets I received were of poor quality I registered for a return but I m unsure where to send the order since I only have one return label for two packages The return document doesn t list any delivery companies I expected the return process to be quick but the procedure is unclear to me I can t contact eu boohoo because I can t find any contact information such as an email or phone number The printed return label says shipping not paid and I m concerned that returning these items might be expensive especially since there are 16 items in two packages and I believe the return is from the EU to the UK My order cost 213 euros and I m very disappointed with both the quality of the goods and the return process overall
