The quality of the stock has gone downhill massively even though costs have skyrocketed Trying to process a return is awful the return portal is constantly giving errors or not recognising details contact support and their solution is check your spam For what I can t even log into the portal to start the return process what am I checking spam for They don t even read messages to understand what the issue is

Foolishly paid for the year of express

Foolishly paid for the year of express delivery ordered items on tuesday that were needed for the weekend its been 4 days and theres still no tracking info available So much for next day delivery Customer service are of no help they just pass the blame onto fastway So save your money and shop elsewhere

Inbox full

Orders leather look leggings and received my parcel to find the zip busted and tag not even on them correctly Emailed customer supervise and got asked to attach photos which I did only for the email to bounce back as their inbox was too full I have since tried to get through to them four more times to no avail and I am extremely dissatisfied

Closed account due to delivery times

Have just closed my long standing account with Boohoo I have waited nearly 10 days for a delivery which has premium delivery status They continue to use Fastway couriers who are the worst in Ireland The drivers told me they give them too many deliveries so they can t cope I like Boohoo stuff but I am not prepared to wait 10 days for premium delivery

I am getting married this week and needed a few extra bits I placed an order on Thursday April 25th paid for next day delivery before 1pm as instructed Items didn t arrive the next day and still have not arrived I contacted the carrier they have not received my items Boohoo are still telling me to wait until tomorrow disaster of an experience Update Customer service confirmed the items have been lost and offered to resend as a next day delivery I agreed only to again be left disappointed my items will not arrive until the following day It seems they do not understand the term Next day delivery Waste of time energy and money False advertisement

poor really poor 1st website on mobile constanty buggy refusing payment2 Items not as described so lets do return3 yea right no post or from door return you need printer and drop it into some random fuel station or grocery store conclusion really avoid not worth effort

Loved boohoo but delivery takes too long now

I ordered something for standard delivery from boohoo 18 days ago and my order still hasn t been delivered Its a bit late now because the event that I had was at the weekend and I thought I was ordering in plenty of time Love boohoo because they have more affordable petite options than other stores but the delivery time is crazy Shein has delivered my stuff faster update 06 06 it s saying my order was placed on the 15 06 24 which is in 9 days time Never again

Just find something better

Got a hoodie dress really nice on sale as well when it arrived late as it took 2 days to ship one item from what I can see on tracking But when it arrived today there was 1kg of dust on have washed the dress already one time and still insane amount of dust just coming out of it and smells really weird
